If they are releasing the DVDs, it'll be on video.
If you have any form of DVD playing equipment, or are planning on getting it, i'd get the DVD set.

I'd recommend the DVD's as well. With the VHS you only get the episodes and a the deleted scenes (I think).

With the DVD's you get so much more: audio commentaries, animatics for SP3K, original script for SP3K (complete with Cohen commentary), art, Groening speaking about the show, Easter eggs, etc. etc.

I shop at HMV because
a) They shelve everything at least a day before everyone else, and
b) They've got alot more stock than most other stores (as in, they have alot of titles that I'm looking for, that most other stores haven't even heard of).
Granted, they are generally more expensive than most stores, but I am willing to pay their asking price, seeing as though they have provided so much in the past. By the way, I don't work for them.
I've watched all of the episodes, and most of the extras, what I'd like to know is where is the easter egg(s)??? Is the Buff-bot the Human Slayer poster on disc 3 one of them? Because I haven't found any of them yet...Probably because I haven't already looked.

Oh my yes, we do have Kmart! But not Walmart. As least not in the state of Victoria.
The good people at Michael DVD have slated a Region 4 Futurama Season Two DVD release for 1 May 2003 (tentative). Visit http://www.michaeldvd.com.au/Search/TitleSearch.asp?title=futurama

P.S. The only think wrong with Ausies, Clampybot is the spelling. It's Aussies. And the Ss are not like the Ss in snakes, but more like Zs (Ozzies?!). Hope this helps.

Dont wait til may for your Season2 Box set- I am from Australia and I ave seasons1 & 2 from the UK and they work perfectly in my region4 player.
You'll get them 4days later from the UK (not even priority post!). Best internet purchase I ever made- even if it was the first  :D

Grim, sounds great but how much did they set you back? As a student $$ is something I have not a lot of. The UK Import Season One DVD set was allegedly double the price as compared to the Aussie set. Cheers

The Season2 DVD import from the UK is really cheap. They remove the 17% VAT for foreigners which covers the shipping costs to Australia I think. So you basically get them for the same money as all the Brits do.

It only leeches your money if you don't pay your balance off each month.
