Just saw the new Amy die-cast figure on Futurama Merchandise. Now enquiring minds finally get to see just how her hairstyle is translated into three dimensions!

And more to the point - Amy will be mine! MUAH HAH HAH HAH! (Sorry)

Of course, this still means I have to find somewhere in the UK that will actually *sell* them when they come out...   :hmpf:

The die-cast figurines have been out for a long time, in the US at least.  Amy comes with Zoidberg.

The die cast figures have been out in the UK for a long time as well. I know because I have them, Forbidden Planet is where I got mine from :)

Not a combination that I can imagine Amy going for by choice...   :D

I'll be going to the London Forbidden Planet this week (right after I interview Patrick Stewart - how's that for name-dropping!) - they'd better have some figures in stock!

The sooner Moore Action get a decent sized Amy figurine (toy) done, the better.  Although the Leela Swimsuit is a small consolation.

I thought MAC gave up on the Futurama line of products completely after they made about 400 million too many Futurama action figures.

Dark horse has been the only company that has stuck by Futurama through more than 1 group of items.

Well, went to London today and interviewed Patrick Stewart  :D

But Futurama second series metal minifigs? None to be found! Millions of glowing green bendy Kifs in the bargain bins of four different shops, but small metal representations of the beautious Ms Wong? CONSPICUOUS BY THEIR ABSENCE! RAAAARGHH! ANDY SMASH!

(Although I was tempted to find out how much Tower Records wanted for their 4'-high fibreglass Benders, slightly damaged...)

Then I shall play Santa Claus (the GOOD one), because of all the joy you have already given me.

Just called my local comic shop and had 'em pull the Amy/Zoiby pack. It's yours--free--if you want it; just let me know here, and then I'll e-mail you for arrangements. (The guy at the shop will look for the Hermes/Nibbler pack as well.)

All I ask in return is some hardcore Amy porn. (Just kidding, put down the axe. I make my own.) Just keep ANSTATMAWing!  :D

Oh, I want, I want! Though that kind of generosity probably *deserves* some kind of hardcore Amy porn. Now where did I put my pens? (Yes, 'pens', no vowels omitted, all you baka!)

My email (link on the site) has gone a bit sparky at the moment - can receive but not send, thanks to my change of ISPs - but that'll hopefully be sorted soon. And oh yes, I shall indeed continue to ANSTATMAW for as long as there are new adventures for the pink-tracksuited Sino-Martian hottie still to come...

All rightie then, I'm on it! Will e-mail shortly.

Um, the Futurama Feedbag link is dead. DO NOT TELL ME I've missed out on hardcore Amy porn! Ahhhhhhhh! Ahhhhhhhhh! Nooooooo!

EDIT: Oh, suddenly it works. Nevermind.

(Actually, if I had time to actually master and work with my Ray Dream Studio and Poser, I'd build a figure-based 3D model of Amy. And Leela. And HG Blob. And then I'd have some fun.)

HEY, wait--isn't that just FOUL? Not porn, but the fact that my comic book shop has to look for Hermes/Nibby, but the Amy/Zoiby pack is sitting there gathering dust?!? Disgusting!!

TANJ, to quote a sci-fi saddo phrase. Amy should never be sitting still long enough to gather *any* dust...   ;)
