gee, i had to read issue #68 twice, because i didn't understand what do the comic's mean! My mistake was i didn't really notice the time. Still a great comic though. The only problem is that there's no preview for issue #69, like there usually is at the end of the comics. Wonder why that is?
There is a short preview for #69 After too many years of running MomCorp without a soul, it's finally Mom's heart that is beginning to fail. But what is a multi-millionaire magnate supposed to do when her cryogenically frozen, designated organ donor is defrosted and delivering packages across the galaxy as part of the Planet Express crew? taken from The Infosphere

I'm halfway through 68 and it's pretty, pretty bad imo. The storyline is ehh...confusing, to say the least, and Kazaleh really is terrible. At least Freako's hatred for him isn't unfounded.

Yeah, he's a really nice guy but he just doesn't have it wrt the Futurama characters. Freako should definitely do some work for Bongo.

So, I'm sure this has been asked many times before, but do you guys consider the comics cannon with the TV shows? Or do you think it runs in it's own continuity? Maybe some are in with the show, and some aren't? Also, has the show ever referenced the comics? I've never noticed any reference, But I figure maybe someone else has.
No It barely has a continuity. Mostly due to Lloyd and Rogers, see this, this and this. Also kinda Time Bender Trilogy and Crossover Crisis (which has poor continuity between the two crises). Yes. Right now the only thing that I know of that is similar from the show and the comics comes from the episode Meanwhile and the Futurama Simpsons Crossover Crisis. Anybody pick up on it? I am not sure if it was intentional or a direct link but it appears too similar to not be connected in my opinion.
RM
Not sure what you mean here. Both Meanwhile and Futuramarutuf had a reverse time travel button, which isn't what you mean. I still dont get it. The non-hovering hovercars? I don't understand the comics logic.
LA uses cars with wheels. This isn't so much comics logic as it is Kazaleh not knowing what he's doing.

Just read the last issue, along with Tartar House Five. Very nice. The drawings weren't that bad, though definently a little off model. The story was nice, though the Robot Mafia appearance was kind of random.

So I got issue #67 yesterday (US issues #67 and #68), and it says it's the last ever issue, which is obviously not true. What's going on? Why are Titan stopping publication of the comic?

I just got (USA) issue #68, I haven't read it yet but I bought three copies so it doesn't get canned too in the near future!

I like how the Futurama Comics get so much better and better with their time-travel related stories. I mean Tar-Tar House Five was great. It was funny, great story, awesome gags, deserves a 9/10.
This was good. Nothing special, but these time-travel stories have really been getting enhanced. Comic #68 is probably the perfect example. Not really a bunch of good gags/jokes, but it had a really confusing story that makes you want to try and line the pieces up together. I'd give it a 7.5/10. Taking .5 off because of the awful, awful Mike Kazaleh illustrations. These are undoubtedly his worst yet.

I just read the latest comic, 'Futuramarutuf" (as now that the series has ended, I'm getting my Futurama fix from the comics), and I've come to the conclusion that Mike Kazaleh was The Hippie Toad 4.0. Seriously, though. His crappy artwork dragged this one down really, really far, at least for me. The story, although very confusing, worked out alright, but I much preferred the time travel story in "Follow the Reader" to this one. FTR's story actually moved out of one room and was overall more fun to read, while this one was more mid-boggling, and took me a few re-reads for me to fully understand it. Like I said, Mike's shoddy artwork didn't help this one at all, and had the art been better, I probably would've liked this one more. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give this comic a 7/10.

Wait, who said anything about #69 being the last new comic for a while??
Anywho, I find it pretty odd how the new one's being released next Wednesday, similar to how each new episode premiered Wednesdays, instead of it's normal end of the month deal.
