He'll need a lot of moolah, I mean how much would the rest of the set cost in today's market? Just the Robot Devil alone is like over £100.00 on eBay...

That's why I asked tnuk to pick one up, could be my last chance to get a hold of one... I think I'm gonna be stuck with Zapp and Nibbler forever now. Wish I had Fry.

Are Kidrobot going to do another series?
I'm all Kidroboted out at the moment. I finally got the Yummy Dessert ice cream sandwich plush, and the strawberry ice cream keyring. (Just checked the kidrobot website, am disappoint with the new plushes they have made. So very disappoint.)
I have bought so many of those keychains of of the bay. My collection grew exponentially in the last few weeks Now all I'm missing is that Jamaican cookie thing, and I have them all. I'd like to get all the Yummy Donut keychains one day (not the plush) but that will take time... I've switched their bodies before, Danny. The weirdest combination I ever did was Fry's head on Leela's body...kind of a Neutopia thing going on

You mean these? I can see what you mean by them just looking like shapes, that's why at first I was hesitatnt to get started on the other ones. If I see them go up on Amazon though I will probably get them...I'm not too impressed with the pie, but I do like the green and yellow one. ...Imagine is Kidrobot did Futurama plush? It's probably be similar to Toynami's...but softer!

Yeah I agree, it feels lazy to me. The pancakes one was probably the most intricate they did along with the ice cream sandwich. They look cute but obviously they are staying away from those odd-shaped ones (the popsicles, or the jello). I would like to see the jello ones though that would be cool, and a banana! Erm...we better take this to the shopping thread in Offtopic, or collection thread

I asked Eric and Aimee about a possible Series 2 of the Futurama KidRobot figures, Eric said: @DannyJC13 @aimeekitty I think that's the plan but not 100% sure....Aimee added: @Kitchelfilms @dannyjc13 that'd be cool, I loved what they did w the previous ones. I only own those and Gender Bender

I hope they do another series. I'm still yet to get any of series one, but it is planned that I will. Another series would probably speed up the process though...

Professor, Hermes, Amy, Kif, Cubert and Linda are some easy possibilities. Elzar, Robot Santa, The Donbot, Clamps, Joey Mousepad and Tinny Tim are possible too. Maybe Dwight and LaBarbara. Mayor Poopenmeyer? Al Gore?
Oh! Nixon, Walt, Larry and Igner?

Add Roberto too, and I do like the idea of Elzar. Seeing how they do him with his four arms could be quite interesting...

Question; amazon are selling these blind boxed for £8.95 with free delivery. Then again I could get certain figures on eBay for £5.85 including delivery, however those would not be blind boxed and therefore there would be no chance of getting a rare one. Is it worth the risk of paying more for a blind boxed one in the hope I get lucky with a rare one? Or should I bite the bullet and buy the cheaper non-blind boxed ones with zero chance of getting a rare one?...

I guess I might pluck down the cash for ten blind boxes, I don't think I could stretch any further than that in one hit though. I might have to wait a little bit as I've only just bought Destructor, but I feel like I'm on the cusp of readiness to commit to the Kid Robot Futurama figure series!...

Nice idea, but two things, does every full case have at least one of every character in it for definite? I'm guessing not, because why would someone be selling the Robot Devil alone for more than the cost of a full case? Secondly, all of those are from America, so import duty/postage will be a lot. If every case definitely has at least one of every character in it though, then it's worth it, but I'm cynical. Please prove me otherwise...

No, each case is full of blind boxes. You could get duplicates of 3 characters or, miraculously, get them all. If you are a seller on e-bay, it would be better to buy the case, open them up, and sell the duplicates on there. If you don't want to do that, then you'd just have to order the singles off there and either don't get the rare one or pay the price for it when someone puts it up for auction. I've seen them sell particular styles on Amazon, too, that's how I got Sal. Everyone else I was lucky enough to acquire in person at the brick-and-mortar store level.
Just, if you are thinking about getting a case, don't order them individually. You will regret it later and end up spending more money on them because, like tnuk said, you'll get duplicates either way. Ordering the cases are fun though because you get a big chance all at once of acquiring what you want, as well as getting a nice display box out of it (I got mine from a store in the mall when I bought pretty much all they had on display for $10 each, including Slurms, so I asked if I could take it).
You have to make up your mind now which path to take, individual or blind, because if you decide to do one later on like I said, it'll cost you more money.
I will note that I have probably 25 pieces of this line, because of duplicates. I have refrained from selling them though because I use the duplicates in other places, like I kept a Fry and Lrrr in my car for a time on the dashboard, so since they were extras I didn't care about fading and whatnot.

Ok, I've just bought a full sealed case. I emailed one of the eBay sellers of a full case to ask them if they would mark the postage down. They said they usually mark them as a gift with value $40. I've taken the risk, both with import duty and with what figures I get. Thanx for all the advice guys, you persuaded me that getting a full case is probably my best option...
I'll report back when I receive it and let you know what figures I get. I so badly want a Robot Devil. If I get one of those I'll be over the moon!...
