Hi Moonie,
Interesting question with multiple answers possible to it.  I agree Futurama stuff has been pretty hard to come by, particularly of late but with the show coming back real soon there have been a new steady supply of stuff hitting the store shelves.  In my opinion the new figures by Toynami ranks right up there with the best of Futurama merchandise.
Beeing an avid collector for a number of years of Futurama space swag I keep an eye out on the market conditions and would offer up the following list (in no particular order) of 'top Futurama collectibles'.  A quick note on this list, however, in that I have left this list as merchandise only.  In other words stuff you might find in a comic book shop or an online store.

Tops on the list has to be the Toynami I-Men collection.  What drives this set is the Bender/ Robot Devil two-pack as this set alone commands some decent prices.  Don't worry too much if you missed out on these as Toynami has said they will be coming out with a 'best of' rerelease of the top 6 figures from this set.
Swimsuit Leela carded figure is another item that can be difficult to find and goes for a nice sum these days.  MAC released two versions of this - one through Wizard and one directly through their website.  The one sold through Wizard World came boxed while the MAC figure is carded.  Same figure, a decent repaint of their original Leela figure and even showed up in the show after it was released.
You're Not Paid to Think/ Resist the Career Implant tin signs from RocketUSA.  Both of these were released as part of a set of six individual tin signs released by RocketUSA and both have been difficult to get since being released.
Nibbler statue from MAC.  This item for some reason also seems to be sought out and a little more difficult to get sometimes and not really sure why.  It does not command high prices but it does command decent prices for what it is.
Funko Wobbler 12" Gold Bender Bank.  What were these guys thinking?  They sold this as an exclusive at Comic Con this year but limited to a run of only 240!!  Anything Bender typically sells extremely well but limiting it to only 240 has really made this item a tough to get recently.  Bad move on the part of Funko or a brilliant one?

I know it is not a list of ten but these are the ones I could think of off the top of my head and are based on their hard to get factor and how they have 'appreciated' over time.  There are certainly more 'cooler' stuff out there that I think are much more collectible but I decided to base my list off of this criteria instead.
Hope that helps.

Thanks for the tips. However, I was recently looking up some of the old Garbage Pail Kids and they have a list of some of the most sought after memorabilia for GPKs. Someone just told me that this Bender statue is very rare(which I'd LOVE to have). Are there alot of them out there? Moreover is there a difinitive gallery of items for Futurama Merchandise?

Get some of the action figures, the DVDs, and the comics.  That's a sure way to start a collection.

The top ten collectibles? That seems hard. However, Futurama goods are easy to find here in shirt, pin and action figure forms.

There is a site with a collection of most(if not all) Futurama goods, but it's down for now. It's right here.

Toynami Golden benders are pretty rare, and the gold bender bobble heads are really rare.

If it depends only on rarity or availability, my list would contain the following:

1.) Nuclear Power Bar (promotional chocolate bar)
2.) Complete 3 foot high Bender statue with Robot Oil and Bachelor Bar in compartment (promotional item)
3.) Futurama Emmy video tape
4.) Futurama sheet music
5.) Large "Not paid to think" tin sign
6.) SDCC Futurama Buttons
7.) Australian Futurama X-mas calendar (filled with chocolate)
8.) Bender Halloween mask
9.) Brain Slug
10.) I-Men figures

If someone has item number one for sale, let me know. ;-)
