In some commentaries John Dimaggio for some reason says he doesn't like Hank Azaria, what's he got against him?

You mean when he says "I don't have anything against Hank!", "I like Hank's!" and "Not that I don't like Hank's."

He just said He thought Dave Herman's take on Harold Zoid were funnier than Azaria's. He was commenting on the voice, not the person behind the voice.
