His birthday is soon what will i do????

The sparer says 8 weeks till the new one can be given to me help me to cheer him up.

So there's two situations:

• Someone stole his laptop

I can't see how they link in together

And he'd have to be a really good sprayer to do a slurm can.

You may have found the punctuation, but you haven't found the "sense".  I don't think anything can save that sentence.
