the commentary for The Devil's Hands was one I quite enjoyed. They seemed all so happy with what they had done, right before they got depressed that it was not to continue.

I enjoyed most of them, actually, and it's hard to choose a favourite.

By the way, what's the episode with the commentary in which Lew Morten states that he came up with Jar-Jar Princk?

well, he should be tortured anyway for that crime against humanity. but because of his futurama efforts, i suppose he could get away with life imprisonment.

ah, the futurama commentaries. they are all quite inspired and brilliant. nice addition to watching the episodes.

Spanish Fry was the best,not fond of Insane In The Mainframe cause its not funny without the Cast
and The Devils Hands made me teary.

I liked the commentary where one of the writers tells the story about the gay and the ghost. That made me laugh so hard. Can't remember the episode, though.

Anyway, the Best of Audio Commentaries thread may be the best place for this discussion. Granted, that's a best commentator poll, and this thread is about best specific commentary. Still, the linked one kind of functions as a place for general commentary-related prattle.

Bend-Her with the fantastic ghost story, their final commentary...    "Spanish Fry", erm... "A.O.I 2" because Tress, again with "Future Stock"... there is alot.. those stick out a.t.m. however...

As far as the best "commentator" is concerned, it seems that all of them, the main ones "David, Matt, Billy and John" are pretty good to listen to... also Tress when she is in the booth.

I liked the SP3K commentary because of the fact that Matt Groening was the biggest talker there. After that John Dimaggio started taking over and by season 2 it was all DXC. I liked the commentaries where they reveal things like in Futurestock when they reveal That Guy's real name

Of course, Spanish Fry and TDHAIP, bein the last ones, are pretty cool.

I liked The Route of All Evil. It had a guess the real voice of the Professor contest. That was funny! Of course, the commentaries are always funny with John and Billy on them. Marice is a funny guy too.

Put your head on my shoulders was the one that put the biggest dent into my lungs. I was laughing so hard the first time I heard that.

To be honest, there is rarely a time that I am not laughing my head off.. but whatever one where they were doing the commentary at a party was great, and another where they where eating potato chips the entire time. I think it was around when I heard the PYHOMS commentary when I started to realize how contagious Dimaggio's laugh was.

You know what? Somebody should compose a list of all the "firsts" that they've done for commentaries, because I think that would be a pretty long list.

I <3 the commentary for 'Brannigan Begin Again'. Just because Billy does that annoying voice then right after you hear him do Fry saying 'Shut up!'

Bend Her, is a great commentary...mainly because of the gay ghost story.

Spanish Fry was really hilarious, and I liked all of them, just more the ones with both Billy West and John DiMaggio than the rest
