Yep, I did that old-timey couch gag. Matter of fact, I had to tell the director & producer to use old scratchy sepia-tone stock film & a scratchy soundtrack. Originally, they wanted it in the usual current colors, etc. Blechh!

I didn't draw the fat Bart (design department), or Bart & Lisa on the couch, either. Bart & Lisa on the couch was a 'fix this' drawing done by the director.

Another artist drew that. I don't know who, but it made its way to the zerox machine a few times around season 5. It wasn't in any show. It was a funny drawing that cheered us all up.
