My 'Delivery to Mobius' fanfic idea

It won't be coming for a while.  But which Sonic the Hedgehog universe would you all suggest that Fry and the gang can run into?  The video game plot, or the plot of the Saturday morning Sonic cartoon shown 11 years ago?

I was going forward to the Saturday morning Sonic plot.  But I'm open to any suggestions.
I'm still going to make Amy chase that lackey!

There were two different cartoon continuities[in America at least].. One had most of the comic characters, the other had Coconuts, Drill and Peck[the bots]. I think the first one was more adult and might fit better with Futurama. :shrug: Plus it had SALLY...;-;

The robots names were Scratch and Grounder not Drill and Peck.  I'm going to lean toward the Sonic cartoon that was on Saturdays on ABC. I've always liked that one better anyway!  Sally was cool!  But they're not going to meet the Freedom Fighters, they'll meet Robotnik, SWATbots, and his lackey instead.

Ahh, I used to watch that show back when I was 5. Brings back good memories. Although I cant remember any of them.
