Well, DQ is kinda expensive.. I've only been there a few times. I've never been to Cirque, though. I really ought to go[I watch it on BRAVO and it's so gorgeous]. Epcot rox0rs[Am I the only one that likes that park, though..?], and I ought to get together with some of you other Florida PEELers. That'd be cool. Thank you Maddoc[I like your sculptures.. Those were yours, right? Very pretty]! Okay Nurdy, so, here ya go. Say what you like about Disney.. All I can say is that I've seen most of their animated movies and I loved nearly every one. Brother Bear was disappointing, Home on the Range was poorly written, The Sword in the Stone was kinda lame and the Emperor's New Groove was like one big long Warner Brothers cartoon. I don't much like the 'princesses' either. But I'm hard pressed to find better movies than Treasure Planet, Alice in Wonderland, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, 101 Dalmatians AND Etcetera... They're just classic.

Right, I am so defecating on Walt's grave. Whats Mr Racist-Sexist going to do about it? Nothing! The really crappy Disney stuff was made after Walt was long dead. Don't blame him, blame Eisner. The classic Disney animation is great (and don't forget, it is what inspired Japanese anime). Originally posted by EvilLunch: Epcot rox0rs[Am I the only one that likes that park, though..?] No, I like Epcot too. Granted, I've only been there once, and that was ages ago, but I thought it was great. Hey, I mentioned BatB and I was a fool not to mention Lion King OR either Fantasia.. If I haven't mentioned a movie, just assume I liked it. I love nearly all of the Disney animations[very few of the live actions though].. So, Buttercup Festival is a comic about Death, really a meek and hapless fellow. Cleverly written and veering from stick-figures to gorgeous landscape art in moments, this comic will make you laugh out loud at least once, I guarantee. Here's a sample. http://www.buttercupfestival.com/12vol5.htm

seriously, you didn't like, say...The Lion King, or Beauty and the Beast? Or Fantasia '41? Wicked good animation and great stories, great color, good music, good broadway shows....etc I like The Lion King. I think it's the best retelling of the myth of Horus since Hamlet. Beauty and the Beast is pretty good, too. I mean, how can you not like a movie that stars Jerry Orbach as a singing candlestick? In terms of animation though, modern animated Disney films just can't compare to classics like Fantasia and Alice in Wonderland.

[Honestly, my favorite parts involved Nathan Lane and grass skirts. o.o] Yeah, that's my favorite part, too. I think that it's possible to appreciate the film on a sophisticated level and still enjoy the silly bits, though. Anyway, with Alice, I can forgive book-to-movie discrepancies because the Caterpillar pwnsj00. Even more inaccurate is Miyuki-chan in Wonderland, and yet, it's my favorite adaptation. Guess why! Heehee.. Oh, I can't imagine why that would be...

She has the power to revolutionize the world! My PEEL-ident has the power to be supercute. Awww, lookit her. She got a spear. So yeah, just as Mr Nurdy is a red robot, so I am a cutesy Amazon. Accept it! Hey so.. I borrowed a DVD from Volume 3, so here're a few more cards.. God I've been wanting to draw this for so long! You gotta love the Amazons. They have nice bottoms. I mean, what? Oh, Angeline! <3! Kinda creepy, actually.. I wanted this to look stark and dignified in black and white, but with a little bit of color to stand out.. Turned out kinda boring, though.. Oh well.
