I'm just a little worried about the heat of the flames... Earlier experiments have shown that they are REALLY hot. Benders legs will probably burn away...

Are the flames coming straight out of his ass? Because when i saw AI1 it seemed that the flame hole was set far back and his legs were farther forward than usual, like an aquatic bird...

I've finally had the time to do some more work on the rocket. I am more or less finished with the shaping of the head and torso. At KFNF you can read about it and see a couple of new pictures. Yey!

You can also find out why you shouldn't mix expanded polyester and glue...

We haven't had the time to work much on it lately.. Lots of school work, you know. Lauch is planned this winter... (I don't think the forests where I live can burn down when they're full of snow...)

Beware so that the rocket doesn't go off course in the eastern direction and causes a red alert at the Russian Defence Dept again!

Even Better the NSS "Spirit of PEEL" it's great because when we post great posts our Ego go up in the air but crash and make alot of Damige on the ground....i wish you could Watch the Launch from PEEL Live...

i had seen "water rockets" made with water in presion and "air rockets" with comprimed air.... they are more safe and clean

Be careful where you launch it, you'd be surprised how angry people get when they come after you with a shotgun and a housecoat with bunny slippers at three AM while yelling:

Yeah!, that`s right, when we flight R/C planes always one must keep an eye on the landing field and do the "control tower" rol, because idiot people is entering in the landing patch altought they are seeing the planes perfectly, but all they want is scream at you sayng that you are a mad and they are calling police (i had to made many aborted landings for that reason)

Hey, how did this thread get so popular? Anyway, I'm sorry for letting you people down. It's winter in Norway now, and the guy who's building the rocket with me won't go outside when it's too cold (I won't either... so much for the vikings...) So we haven't worked on it for months. But I promise: We will finish it, (hopefully in February) and post here to tell you about it.

Nice project! Hope it takes off great, and don't let it crash into any nearby churches  I hope you know how to calculate its path, with the fuel amounts and air pressure, etc. How much does this model weigh, by the way?

Actually there is a church near my house... And I do not know how to calculate its path, with the fuel amounts and air pressure. But I hope I'm lucky... The rocket shouldn't weigh too much, only 200-400g
