I have this crossover idea that refuses to leave me alone, and I wanted to know what people thought of it. (Mostly, so I can tell my muse to @$%@$ off and leave me alone about it.)

So, here's the idea: Futurama and Sailor Moon. (Crystal Tokyo, for any SM fans out there.) PE has to make a delivery there (I dunno, maybe a metric tonne of doughnuts to Neo-Queen Serenity or something like that.), and normal Futurama craziness ensues. (i.e., Bender steals the Silver Crystal, Leela gets into a fight with somebody, etc, etc.)

Any good?

I've seen some fans of Sailor Moon on this board. Write it, I'm sure some people would like it.

Not quite; nice idea of using SM R, though. This would be an original story.

I dunno, I might do it, when I have some more time - right now, I'm working on a couple of projects, and I'm in the middle of typing a Futurama fic I've already written. ("And In This Corner..." ) But I might give it a whirl.

Yeah, mine was a parody, not a crossover.  I like your idea though.  Go for it.

Just don't ask Venus to review it for you.   ;)

What we need is a Futurama/Ranma 1/2 crossover.

No. Cause then i would have to go on a murderous rampage and there's only so much room under my bed and dresser for corpses.

I love Sailor Moon (I found Series 1 and the first disc of Series 2 on DVD for £4.95 in HMV!) and, obviously, I love Futurama but this would have to be done REALLY well to work.

Of course. It's just an idea right now; I might not even work on it at all. If I did, however, I'd devote some serious time to it.

Sailer Moon is this really freaky anime about a girl with an amazingly annoying personality and an even worse hair style who fights random enemies with her magic powers while wearing an american sailers outfit. Apparently she's really an alien from the moon. I had a friend a few years ago that was really into it and made us watch the original japanese version during group sleepovers.

Exhibit A: Futurama Is Aimed At Older People Aged around 11+ And sailor Moon Is aimed At 6+

Exhibit B: Most crossovers Are from the same company that makes the programs. (E.G The Flintstones Meet The Jetsons And Huckleberry hound V.S Yogi bear and Top Cat Meets Scooby Doo (Part 1 And 2) Part 2's called the inialation!

So nah it wouldn't work

No, it's more like a school uniform.  Japanese school uniforms were originally based on Naval uniforms; that's why it looks like a sailor suit.
