Well if I wanted to post fotoshopped images, how would I make a link to that?

Well, first you have to get it into a good looking dimension. I prefer my pictures not wider than 700 pixels and not any higher than 600, to prevent side- and too much hight-scrolling.

Then save it in a format suitable for the web. These formats are: .jpg, .gif and .png. .

After that you need a hosting service, if you haven't got a webspace on your own.

Most Peeler's use imageshack.us now. It easy to use and has some cool options like thumbnails, but sometimes their servers are down.
It'll give you the proper UBB-tags to post it here.
