in reality, i think Hitler was pissed off because he couldnt get into art school.

well, as the site says, he sold some copies of Vienna for money, but i think the thing that clenched it was his second failed entrance exam into that arts academy. society rejected him, and sadly all that "unpleasantness" occurred.

You mean the Holocaust?  Are we not allowed to say Holocaust on this message board?  Because I wasn't made aware, if that is the prolem.  Are all the Germans shaking their heads right now and muttering "What-o-caust?"  I remember some of my first imaginative realistic drawings were actually derived from photographs I've seen of people in Nazi internment camps (I was also entraced by bulimic people and ethiopians).  I did a few white clay scultures with boney forms.  Then I heard that numerically, more Christians were killed than Jewish.  Jews were targetted percentage-wise apparently ???
Well my fascination ended with deathly thin people about the same time I became entranced by Jhonen Vasquez.

Well, yes. Nazis also persecuted homosexuals, political dissidents, gypsies, etc (other Christians). I think Jews were the largest group in internmnet camps, but, there were more Christians that died.

/edit. It's kinda sad to see how distraught people are because they can't get porn on PEEL. Seriously, this is the internet. I'm sure that there's some other site out there that can fulfill your crazy quirks.

It is estimated by some sources that Russia alone lost in excess of 13 miilion as a direct result of the scuffle with the master race.  That would be double of the widly accepted estimate of the Jewish losses in the camps.  The big diff?  The Russians were fighting a war, not being herded up and exterminated.

I have been trying to get my hands on a litho or poster of a Hitler for like a year now. I want to get something nice to put in my about to be finnished front room so people can say "What a nice painting, who is it by?"

I stidied history once upon a time in Uni, and 13 million is the SMALLEST number of Russian losses I ever heard of. Other figures vary from 20 to 60 mio, but the biggest of them also seem to include Stalin's own victims. Anyway, it's mostly for sure more, than 20 mio.
That's pretty much offtop though, sorry.

Invites work on the method of:

• When we feel ready, a comittee selects a PEELer they feel is ready/they want to join the R-Rated forum
• The request is sent via e-mail
• If they accept, their password is added and they can logon
