i can't believe i am even contributing to this line of conversation, but in Leela's Homeworld we see that her natural hair color is purple which stands to reason that that is the natural hair tone for um, everywhere else.

On a serious note, I think Leela's waist might be a bit too thin. That seems to be a common flaw in everyone's fanart.

that seems to be the norm for human males: A 1.6 to one ratio between waist and hips seems to be the most desireable. Something to do with a visual indication of health, possibility of producing offspring, and other such biologically related stuff.

Questions:
From the appearance of Leela's areola, she's cold (or something), but from the look of her skin, she's either been perspiring, or has put something on her skin to add a similar sheen.
Do live models put oil or some such on their skin while posing?
Just curious.

@Spacecase: From my photographic experiences (don’t get the wrong idea, it’s all done in the best possible taste!), some models do use oil. It’s essential for ‘wet’ shots, otherwise the water doesn’t form into beads on the skin.

Don’t read any more if you’re easily offended: but it’s all done in the name of art, honest.

In a warm situation, some models pinch their nipples to ‘enhance’ them before a shot is taken. I’ve also heard of ice being used. And most figure models either remove their pubic hair entirely or keep it severely trimmed.

Pretty much everything Farnsworth38 said, and I wanted her skin to be "Pretty and Shiny!"  Also, I don't know if I mentioned this anywhere, but I think pubic hair is disgusting... it gets stuck in my teeth... I mean...   
it looks bad...   
Well there's nothing funnier than when we get these superhot skinny females to draw in figure drawing, with big fluffy bushes...   
I don't think its that I drew her too skinny but that I drew her too extended.  She doesn't look too leisurely stretched out like that... I'm just used to those damn 30 second gesture drawings that are overly "expressive" and squiggly.

Spice Weasel:  Dorito makes me think of cheese and orange.  Cheese and orange make me think of Fry.  Now that I have "pubic hair" and "Fry" in the same post, I can die happy.

I just realized I subliminally gave Fry my toe deformity...  The middle toe is longer than the rest... its an inbred Irish thing... I forget the specific name for the deformity...
God that's funny though...

Only the stuff at femjesse.deviantart.com is copyrighted, but you have my permission to print whatever's not for sale in my online store... which is a lot, the only things in the store are "Dinner at Elzar's" and "Fry at the Helm"  (Yeah that means you can print out "Kiss the bride" and stick it all over everything you own... =>.^=)

That Blitzen pic a fantastic one BTW. I don't think there's any room for improvement. The shading is especially great, though I was about to say "Great Jeans" but then I thought "but also great Boots" and then "great RPG launcher thingy" then "Amy style hair" then "actual body hair" then "tanktop shading" then "cape" then everything else*
So basically everying about it is great!
