I realize this is a 'realistic' styled drawing, but Zapp just doesn't look quite right to me for some reason.

Nah actually the last one was more like a cross between the realistic and anime styles I do.  I thought of calling it 'porcelain' while I was working on it (on the toilet.)

Leela and Zapp forever.
You can't tell me you don't see it?  The way she tries to hide her love from everyone.  The way she plays hard to get?  The way he calls her his 'swan'?  Its meant to be.

Margarita.  If you actually download the video and watch it, you'll see many subliminal message that Zapp and Leela should get together again.

For example I have Zapp shown, followed by Fry, who's in the talking beep machine.  The machine beeps red.  RED means danger and bad things.  Also when the song says RED, we are shown Fry about to mutilate himself... and who would want to be involved with someone suicidal?
The end message of the song is "Keep trying, she's almost yours"  which is me egging Fry on because his futility and struggle makes me laugh cruelly at him.

Bah, you're too talented for this tired shippiness crap, FemJesse. I don't care if it's Fry-Leela, Zapp-Leela, Bender-Proffesor Farnsworth, or even Nibbler-Zoidberg-Hermes. I think "romance" fanart has been done to death. Try and think of a theme not yet exploited by talented artists such as yourself. For example, you could show Zoidberg going on an office killing spree. Sure it's out of character but hell, it's original.
