Well, are you good at Doing Scans. That don't look like they have anything wrong. ie like if there is any lines out of shape (but I don't want that)

Those 2 Amy pictures in the block are from FSAC, I recognise my work anywhere even at that scale.  Thank you for not asking permission.

Well, if they were in gif format and you resized them (in PSP i know) then it will keep those 256 colours and make it blocky. Convert it to a true-colour image (Shift + Ctrl + 0) first then resize.

If the pictures are originally in gif format, that does a better job instead of saving as a jpg. Since jpgs smudge images don't they.

Same way most people do them, with Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop and some imagination.

If you put the name on before shrinking, it'll most likely be unreadable. Also choose a colour that stands out over the background.
