Planet Express' Office Layout

Hello All,
I've been scouring the web for information regarding the layout, or floor-plan of the Planet Express offices. The closest thing I've found to what I'm looking for is from 'Leela's Lair' at TLZ. Alas, I need more data on the other end of the building.   
Anybody know where I might find such an animal?

Comic # 9 has a floor plan for the building

Figures, the only comic I don't have. And I'm not keen on importing it, as the tax and costum would almost triple the price.

That's the Proffesor's Dream House, not the PE building. I'd wait for the game, even though that's even less canon than the comics.
