Hey, I need help!  Doh`!  Anyways, I posted this in another post, but just in case nobody really reads that, I have a question about SCANART!

Do you draw it on Flash or what?  The lines are all straight and perfect and I really wanna know how they do that!  Could somebody please help me out?  I'd really appreciate it!

As the tutorial said, the secret is to blow the pic up a few hundred percent. This makes it very easy to trace and any errors will not be visable when you shrink the picture down to a normal size.

well, first of all, this is a test of my avatar. i have the sneaking suspicion i uploaded it incorrectly.

and second... i've been doing the scanart the hard way!! i've been tracing... but then i paint in an entirely different layer underneath my outline! now that i know i can skip a step, i'm going to see what it looks like.

by the way, juliet, the baby bender pic rocks my socks.  :)

Mmm, custom avatars need to be mailed to peelavatars@yahoo.com, and Travis will upload it for you.  You can upload siggys easily enough, just remember to use the "Reply" instead of "Quickpost" when selecting them.

Oh, and Welcome to PEEL, Bren!  I've scooted around your site, and it's pretty damn cool!

Stick around, enjoy yourself....

....oh, and try the veal.   ;)

No problem, always good to see new people. :)  Just a couple of things, that looks like it'd be better off as your avatar.  We have some "Cloberella" ones knocking around already - however if you're stuck on that one, mail it to the address I posted above.

Oh, there's also The Rules Of The Road.  Although we're always fairly sure newbies aren't annoying by default, we've had a few in our time.

As Nix says, lurk around for a bit.  We're all mostly harmless.  :D
