Wow, that's pretty much fantastic in nearly every area. Great pic, great atmosphere, great technique. Perhaps some of the cockpit is slightly out of proportion, but the level of detail is absolutely brilliant

I can see why that's your favourite drawing you've done Voices!  It's really detailed, and the shading is excellent! Good perspective-ness as well  That's A* work in my opinion

what was the context you had in mind for this drawing (pic is not a good enuf word) The Voices?
it seems like her flying to or from fry's funeral in the sting
but it could also be general sadness for not knowing her parents...
was it either, anything?
btw, as great as that drawing is, its not as amazing as the other one with the imbedded overlaid pics... i didnt notice them until my sister pointed them out, i thot my LCD laptop monitor was fried and was writing other pictures i had previously viewed.  then i happened to stumble across this topic in the forums and found out they were supposed to be there...
i think i'm gonna get a print made of that and frame it (seriously)
any chance you could hook me up with a real high quality version of it?

Ok usually I just take a quick look at the fanart, and don't bother to comment, but I have to hand it to you TV, that latest drawing is really excellent. I love the shading technique, it works suprisingly well, I wouldn't have thought it would translate well onto Futurama characters, but it does.

Aesome drawing, TV. The shadows and the empty cockpit creates a great atmosphere of being alone. Even the stars seem subdued and sparse. Poor Leela.

Alternatively, it kinda looks like she's doing the nightshift, while the rest of the crew are sleeping. The subdued light, the expression on her face could be boredom, etc.

Aww, nevermind, I'll just go give her another hug. She could use one again.

as for the first pic on this page: great shading, great technique and so on. everybody else already praised that drawing already.

as for the second picture: that has to be my favorite piece of art you made yet.
i like the style and despite the fact that this picture isn't funny at all, it made me grin.
after having looked at it for a minute or so now, i can tell you it's the stare. the picture stares at me. and it creates an expression on that face which is great (and looks really disturbed and desperate - i suppose my face was similar on several occasions i can remember quite well, which might be why i can relate to it as well).
