I loaded it with loads of frame grabs from 'The Sting' and the pic that me and Jess did and set them at 1-2% opacity on top of the image. You can hardly see them at all, the idea was that they were leela's memories that you could see, but they were over shadowed by fry's death (the picture).

That picture above is amazing, man! The hair and shading on both characters looks realistic and it's just an outstanding piece of art. Leela's eyelashes also look really detailed and it gives off a lot of emotion as well  It's just...perfect!

I think I would have liked to see Fry a bit sharper with more saturated colors... even though its a background deal.  I also think the overlay would be better over the background layer, but behind the photograph and Leela. Maybe it would be better less opaque, given that placement.[/critique]

Well, it was never suppose to be a replacement of the first one because I like that one too.

I can see your point, I haven't uploaded it to TLZ yet because I still end up making slight changes even though I said it was finished. I liked the idea of it being quite 'Dream like' which is why I made it quite blurred. I also put a layer of white over Fry and lowered the opacity so that he would blend in better with the background

Well originally the grabs were in the background, but as the background is empty they were even less visible, I turned up the opacity slightly but stretched frame grabs look terrible. In the end I put them above everything, that way you could see them without seeing the horrible quality of them at a higher opacity, plus I like how you can just see the slightly different tones over Leela.

The frame grabs weren't suppose to be visible to everyone anyway, only the people who look at a picture properly instead of glance at it. It's kind of a thing I do too most of my pictures, there's also other stuff in the above picture that I doubt anyone will see, but I put them in anyway. It's usually lyrics too a song I'm listening to at the time or other pictures I've done/doing and sometimes what I think about the picture is written in there too. I like to do it because then it's kind of picture diary, that only I know is there.

Well that's every excuse I can think of.

actually, i like it exactly the way it is. the fact that the background is all blurry and seems even slightly trippy is what makes it dreamlike in my opinion.
just my two euro cents (that's "just my two 2.28 $ cents for you americans).

First off, I LOVE IT!!!!!! 

Second I wish no one had told me about the "embedded" images.  Now I feel like I did when my son got one of those "mass of colors but if you stare at it long enough you can see dinosaurs" posters. 

I was miffed cause I couldn't see them, and now I can see them again

Holy crap, Voices...thats one hell of a drawing.  i thoght the Leela without the background was hella tight, now....Magic.  Instantly my new Wallpaper.  Replacing the Mcgrady Leela A - Leela 1 kiss...thats no small feat.

EDIT:

The smallest of critiques.  Fry's hair should be redder.

ReEDIT:  Upon futher inspection.  Quite possibly the greatest Futurama fan art I've ever seen.

That's an awsome pic call me goofy but I just don't like seeing Leela sad theres one picture I've been searching for all over the net and that picture is Fry and Leela getting married not the one where there skipping foward and the wedding lasts about 10 seconds not the alternate Fry and Leela. Leela and Fry happy in love and getting married Honestly I'm a sucker for romance.
