Cartoonlover's Fanfiction Thread

I know I said I would use my art thread for fanfictions, but I didn't realize how much I'd end up drawing. I mostly do one shots, but I sometimes write some long-winded ones. I'll probably be done with the one-shot I'm doing sometime day, and just to warn you, I'm a shipper.

Here's one I just started that I'm expecting to be a long one. The next chapter will be set a month before this one. This chapter is pretty short compared to the others.


Prologue:

And he saw her running and calling his name, first softly, then shouting as loud as she could. He wished he could get up, tell her he was okay. Tell her everything was okay.

But he couldn't.

So instead, he smiled and soaked in her beauty, because that was what he wanted to think about right now. He didn't want to think about his slow heartbeat, or his fading breath, or his pale skin.

He just wanted to focus on her. And as she saw him and started running, he knew this was it. So he said the one thing he needed to say.

" I love you so much." he whispered, and suddenly everything stopped, and it was as if the universe was mourning the loss of the selfless delivery boy.

Nice little passage.

Although, I think it's more properly called a prologue, not a chapter. Or maybe even a teaser. Something to set the tone of the story before you dive into the full-length chapters.

I called it a prologue on fanfiction and then I called it a chapter on here. 😂 Just because I'm dumb like that. Also thank you very much, I'm glad you enjoyed it

Like what you have so far.  You should join that other Futurama message board called "Futurama Madhouse" it used to be called The Leela Zone.   All you need to do when you're done posting it send it to the moderators of that page and they'll post your fanfic on the page!

Too sad to finish reading, especially when I'm sitting here listning to "The Scientist," by Coldplay
