The bottom line is that you're spouting elitist bullshit and whining about not being popular. Whilst not being either elite or deserving of popularity.

Tracing is something into a picture is like copying 50% or more, of a Futurama script into afanscript and trying to pass it off as your own work.

False equivalence, dude. Not that it really matters, either way.

Tracing is visual plagerism, period.

If you have such a hate-boner for plagiarism, you should know that artistic plagiarism is usually considered to include copying the style of another artist. Which would make all your pictures of Groening's characters and/or those drawn recognisably in that style (yellow skin, popped eyes, overbites, four fingers) plagiarism. You're a plagiarist, if we're resorting to the strict definitions of words. You are guilty of artistic plagiarism.

Just keep saying it's okay to be lazy

Whilst I haven't said so far that it's okay to be lazy, I'm going to point out that you're "digitally painting" your current WIP, rather than putting actual paint to canvas. You probably drive a car to your menial retail job, rather than walking.

Besides which, tracing isn't "being lazy". It's an aesthetic choice. You're free to make another choice for yourself, but attacking somebody else for making that choice is just pathetic. Especially somebody who you (fairly recently) had to apologise to for being a shitty friend. Yes, your dA journal posts from that time are somewhat illuminating on that topic.

I do agree with HIGHasFRY, though, that some of Zoidberg's proportions do seem slightly off; it's still excellent work, I'm probably just being too nit-picky.
