Okay, the colour is great as usual.

A piece of constructive criticism will follow (as I tend to get rather detailed, it might look as if I have more to complain than to praise about the picture. Which is not the case...)

Maybe you might consider adding Alice's legs:
From the waist down, the character does fade, but the background stays the same.

- With character and background both fading, the image goes for a painting style.
- With character and backgound staying the same (means: Alice legs can be seen completeley to the pictures lower rim), it goes more for a screenshot/comic image style.

Right now, the character goes one way, and the background another one.
With BOTH fading, or BOTH staying, the pic as a whole goes the same direction
(Damned...I do not really know how to put it otherwise. Hope you understood where I'm coming from....)

Very nice.

I like your style. It's kind of different, yet it remains loyal to Groening's style. I also like the "shininess" of the characters. (If that makes sense.)

I can dig this. So simplistic, yet so... artsy. That right there is more worthy of a gallery hanging than anything "abstract" which really should mean "bullshit" because red tape or gashes in a canvas... really... anyone can do that. But not everyone can draw sexy fembots.

Constructive critique is always welcome =) I understand the essence (but not all 100% ) of your observations, but I must say that this drawing was a very quick sketch. Without a plot and without much effort. So I do not bother myself with the background or feet.
