Bender's antenna is the middle tube, his mouth is below, his eyes are these two windows I guess.

Leela is on the right, her tank-top are these two white things at middle-right, her eye is the (half) oval above. And these two thin tubes are possibly her pony-tail.

It looks hellish... in a good way... You a fan/student of Hieronymous Bosch?  How will you be presenting it; as is, or with more post-production work?

One thing: did you cut it off at the bottom? Because it seems as if there could be more (Fry's hair and the rest of Leela)

Thanx guys    I can't say I'm familar with Hieronymous Bosch, however I just did a search for his work on Google, and found some very interesting results! This current art is mainly influenced by Dave Cooper, and a bit of Dali thrown in I guess, and my own style of course...

And good question, germanfryfan, but the bottom isn't cut, I just decided to add them in, the lazy way    Also, well spotted about the characters, Kif is there too, and Preacherbot, but it's not that easy to tell...

I've got a new fan art, the first one I've ever tried coloring on the computer. It's not perfect, Leela's too short, but otherwise I'm pretty happy about it...

The main problem is perspectives; like you say, Leela is out of perspective and I also think the tiles look a little funky - I kinda get the impression the entire place is wobbling about. BUT, it is a hugely wonderful picture, and a very touching one, dealing with something that doesn't get covered on the show - just how does Fry say "goodbye" to Seymour?

Very nice pic Otis and good job on the colouring (especially since it is your first computer coloured piece).

You know for some reason it kind of reminds me of sceen from Red Dwarf were Rimmer see's all of the other Ace Rimmer's that have come before him.

I like the whole fishlens thing (well I assume that is what it is meant to be). Which I could see that as being the reason that you had problems with Leela's size. It might be because there are quite a few curves in the background, which with the fishlens effect become distorted.

Considering the difficult of the pic and the subject matter. I'll say this is bloody brillant.

I've got a new pic, although it's kinda not finished. I was gonna give it a space background and starrs and stuff in photoshop, but I lost photoshop when my computer got formatted recently  I was just wondering, anyone who's good with photoshop, would you like to give this pic a space background? I can send you a bigger copy if anyone's interested, I think it'd look better in space...

If not, this is how it'll remain...

And thanx Zed, I really appreciate it. It's basically a giant traffic light in space, and when it's green you travel through it, when it's red you have to wait (like the Planet express ship is). I'd rather just have space put in with stars and stuff, and keep the rest black and white to emphasize the traffic light colors. if you want me to mail you a bigger version I can  ...
