PCC Fred's new sig

Here it is.  I might darken the letters though, since the "F" blends into the background a bit.  Anyway, what does everyone think?

it looks good, but you should darken the letters a bit but apart from that its fine.

I like it. You could make it more clearier like Cellery has shown but apart from that I really like the idea to it.

I can't see enough contrast between the light green sky and the bright yellow letters, especially the "F*". Cellery's smaller "F*R*E*D" is clearer, but yours captures the feel of the M*A*S*H title card a little more accurately--so that's a trade-off.

Cellery seems to have airbrushed a little fuzz around the letters; that might be the answer, if you kept the original proportions. (The curved edge of the "D" looks a little crunchy, too, but not such a big deal...)

Niiiiice concept, by the way.

Thanks, BrainSluggo.  I know Cellery's is a far better piece of work than mine (I just cut and pasted the letters into a framegrab), but I wanted to do this by myself, and considering I have little artistic talent, I'm pleased with the result.
