May I suggest adding toes and a little blur on the shadow?

Excellent job, especially for your first art.  The only thing that's missing is Leela's "enormous" forearms, but most people leave those out.  Also, Turanga comes first.

I think Leela's are a bit perkier, too. She has the advantage of not being affected by physics.

I think that the most interesting about Leela's body is that it changes with the artist, as well as from show to show.
Contrast her body in Parasites Lost and almost every other episode.
She is really curvaceous when she sleeps waiting for Fry.

Her body style is probably like Fry's intellegence. If she needs to be curvy she is drawn that way. If he needs to be extra stupid he is written that way.

Yes.  I've noticed that in long shots that her neck seems to be stretched and she's a tad wasp-waisted with thin hips.  She's curvier in closer shots, and very occasionally drawn somewhat busty.
