I tried that, and everything on my desktop is on it - except the scene I wanted, only a black area. It also doesnt work with HyperSnap DX

It's like that song by loverboy innit..."Realplayer just don't grab"

Nope, I've tried every trick in the book to do a screen grab from Realplayer but it doesn't work so don't bother trying. MPEGS grab OK though from Windows Media Player.

hi again,
i'm glad too tell you, that you're wrong:)  (of course i'm only glad about this in this case! ). i've read the following, and it works:)  : in the realplayer go to "options", then go
under "preferences" then click "performance" once
here UNCHECK the box that says " use optimized video display" . then you can make a screenshot with prtscr, or better with a tool as snagit - with snagit you can even record a realvideo to a (avi/mpeg)- file! but of course the quality doesn't improve :( it should be ok for a scan though.

much fun, nice scans and a happy time with futurama:),
