I was just adding my own style ideas to the characters. Some work, some don't. It's always hit & miss. If I kept doing them I could perfect them in another style of my own.

your Leela looks cool, so do Farnsy and Amy. Bender looks like a 3 year old drew him, but it gives it a strange charm. Fry's just goofy lookin'.

The Zoidberg looks like a space walrus of some sort.

I know, I know, but I was there for only a year. I'd just gotten the hang of drawing the crew. Secondary characters are hard to do without practice. I know what they look like, but I couldn't take advantage of that unless I had drawn them a lot. I never got the chance to draw Mom, Zapp, Morbo, Kif, & a lot of other characters when I was on the show.

In the US studios, the character layout artists draw whoever & whatever is in the storyboard section they're assigned. In the Korean studios, certain artists are renown for their expertise in drawing certain characters better than others. They draw them a lot cleaner, & a lot more often then the US studios.

The pay in Korean $ value isn't bad. They're not paid common job wages. But yeah, they do work their hands off.
