Chills.  Man, I love your style.  :)  I will have to reread this soon to soak it all in.

Nice drawing, too.  If you don't mind me asking, what were you hospitalized for?

I'd say we're even. It was clever yet smart-assed. But don't even think about giving out meaningless points. That's Frisco's thing!     :evillaugh:

Influenza. Wasn't too bad, though.

And thanks for your opinions, everyone. I just want to insert one more line about a tachyon being a gluon that's not completely dry, and then I'll be entirely satisfied.

Then I'll move on to the next story.   ;)

Interesting and fun story.  There is something Discworld about your narrative style.  I am still laughing about the Rubik's Tesserect!  Great stuff!

Noice.
Massive deja vu though; I know I've read that somewhere before - probably in the fanfic thread I guess.
Definite Back to the Future vibe with "But I have to find out what happens to me!"

Anything even remotely like Back to the Future is instantly awesome.

Just FYI, that's a PIXAR-style teaser trailer. It's meant to raise hype, not to be an accurate representation of the actual story. But there's hints in there, oh yes.

@km73: Yes, you probably have read that before. I posted it somewhere else about two years ago. I'm horrifically slow.  :(

Wow, Futurama filtered through the lens of Douglas Adams. Good job.

I knew it! I knew I'd seen that somewhere before. I knew I wasn't going crazy. <Punches out nurse and runs out of asylum laughing maniacally.>
