I had to admit, done right, a man can look very good in leather...

what?

 :nono:

Possible exceptions: Man

A) owns a very nice motor cycle, and is currently riding it (NOT a Harley Davidson gas -> noise converter)

or

B) is incredibly awesome (pilot)

In which case you are permitted to comment on how awesome that person is. NOT how good that person looks.

Hey I can appreciate homoerotic lea a nice piece of the male form if I want! I'm an artist!

It's very rare. I think I've only seen it work once.

Look, I'm not gay, all right? Stop looking at me like I suddenly shat a freakin rainbow flag-carrying monkey out of my arse.

Maybe he is just using those pictures to enhance his denial!

Maybe if he made some more it would convince everyone for good, maybe he could make a picture so awesome that we would all be shut up! yeah! If he did that! *nudge nudge*

But of course he could not and its perfectly fine that he doesn't care that people question his sexual orientation...

Once something like this comes along there's really no point in trying to deny it. People will assume you're denying it because it's true. And if you don't deny it, they assume it's true because you aren't denying it.

So here's proof: Because of the relative amounts of time I choose to spend studying the forms, I find it a lot, lot easier to draw women. :P

So lets see... Leela in leather, right? I can do that.

Oh please. I was a big fan of the show Farscape back in the day and the displays of sheer female lust on the forums for this particular character and his leather outfits I've never seen the like of...

Pot, kettle, black?  :laff:

Oh my, no.
You swap the genders, but the point remains:
There's a market for the product.

I had to admit, done right, a man can look very good in leather...

what?

Well if you made the ass abit bigger then you would certainly be giving Mr Crumb a run for his money.

Also tres interesting outfit, if it is from one of your stories I clearly have to put down my T.H White and do some serious catching up.

You just know Leela owns something like this, you just know it.

Something here I've been attempting to work on for JustNibblin for the last year. I finally managed to get my head around the colour scheme shortly before christmas, and then had to leave the country the next day. But now I'm back and painting again. So far I've got a lump of the background flatted in place, though it lacks most of the details, and I'll be adding Leela's head soon.

JN, I hope you don't mind me posting this... :)

Already great, cant imagine how good it will look done. Might have to only look at it with one eye for fear of overloading my brain.

Really looking forward to the next part of Rush Moon too, awesome illustration for an awesome story!

Hi Arch,

Sorry I haven't seen this thread in a while.  I don't mind you posting the image at all, although I haven't mentioned it to anyone else--frankly, so far it looks amazing.  I love the glint in the eye, and if I look really closely, I can see...  ;)

I  also admire the subtle shading that really makes Leela's torso look solid.

I can also appreciate your "Leather Leela" as well, on a, um, different level.  Either your wife is very good natured or you have a very vivid imagination  :laff:

This is a little rude to mention this on your thread, but Rush Moon will continue on PEEL once I finish posting the extant chapters on fanfic.net.

So, I finally finished it. It took me a year. A whole year, most of which was spent not actually working on the damn thing - in fact most of the work was done in the last month. JN knows the reasons (incidentally congratulations on his newly born kiddie!) and I don't think it's relevant to go into them here.

So, yeah.

Not bad eh?

No, not bad at all.   ;) I once read that if a man wears a nice pair of shoes, people tend not to notice how shabby his other clothes are.   Using similar logic, I will definitely print this out as a cover, put it on top of my story, and pretend I am a writer!

Congratulations on finishing.  I respect that you carried through on your promise!
