Hehe, thanks.  I might try improving on the professor, hermes, zoidberg, and bender in due time like I did with Fry and Leela.  Those two were horrible the first time i tried them... so I won't dare post them here

No new pics, but I did colour one of my old ones.  First time colouring on a computer using VERY primitive colouring technology.

Personally, colourless and sketchy is my favorite style, but colour is how it's done in the show and I like things very canon and so i decided to colour this one.  Enjoy!

I think both the color and B & W are really good, don't worry about thinking you have to color your drawings, your drawings should be what you want them to be, I'm kind of going on a art teacher/guidance counselor rant here, but keep up the good work

It enlarges things and I have to go through the process of shrinking them back to normal size and if I shrink them too much and try to enlarge them again, then the image gets pixelated.  Want to know why it won't scan the original size.

Just a slight crit: if Leela's being "censored" by the ocean, then her bust should be a bit more submerged.  Otherwise, based on the curvature of her chest, the water comes right below the bits you were trying to cover up, and it kind of looks like you forgot to draw some critical anatomy on her.

But other than that... *Squee* SHIPPY!

Have you tried saving them as a different file type?  JPGs are more easily pixelated than, say, PNG or BMP files, and that might be contributing to your problem.  Other than that, I'm not sure what could be causing it.

Thank you all!  I was hoping to get up another shippy in time for Thanksgiving today(yes, now you know I'm Canadian), but it doesn't look like i'll be able to make the deadline .

More will be up soon, but now I'm working on the other characters more, I love Fry/Leela, but I need variety!  It's just my ability to draw the others that's getting in the way...

Anyways, I'll end by saying !Happy Thanksgiving! to all the other Canadians out there.

Still a shippy picture, but I went for a different couple  this time.  Morris/Munda.  For without them there would be no Leela and therefore would be no Fry/Leela.  I also think they really did something incredibly heroic when they took the baby Leela to the Orphanarium.  Giving her a real life and all.


Here's to them!

I had a really fun time drawing these two for the first time.  They're modeled after the flashback scene in "Leela's homeworld."  I want this to take place slightly before that scene, before they had Leela.  Maybe newlyweds?  I don't know... Hope you enjoy it!
