Looks like you colored it with real pencils. I had no idea that photoshop could do that. Looks good.

It's called a red eye brush... I had to darken it in some places and lighten it in others, but it works... it's basically the shading fryandlemon did, but with a colour change... I don't know how it works, it just kinda does

Err... you're not allowed to post your own art in someone else's thread... and your not allowed to double post, just edit your previous message and add on what you need. If no-one has directed you there already, i'd reccommend you read the  FAQ Anyways, nice pic!

No, it's not with paint!  I hate paint... I just discovered we had some version of photoshop on another computer at home.  :p

your colouring on photoshop isn't that bad at all, when I first started using photoshop my pictures were alot worse than anything I've seen, you on the other hand seem to be a natural.

You have a better version than me then! I only have plain boring old elements! I don't know if CS is the same, but in elements there's a
tool called a red eye brush. But to use it the picture must first be dark enough (which is OK if you've shaded it when drawing) so if you have shaded it then:
1. Select red-eye brush (it looks like this:)
2. Choose the replacement colour (it says replacement: at the top with a box of colour. Click the coloured box and choose a colour then click OK)
3. Colour over the area you want in that colour with the mouse
4. Repeat with other colours

If you have not shaded it then to darken an image:
1. Choose the drop down menu labelled Enhance
2. choose variations
3. click darker
4. keep clicking until it is dark enough
5. click ok
(recommendation: duplicate the layer of your picture first so that you are only changing your duplicate... then you can only keep the bits you need darker)

Hope that helps Fryandlemon
If any of it doesn't work it's probably because you have a different photoshop!
