You have a better version than me then! I only have plain boring old elements! I don't know if CS is the same, but in elements there's a
tool called a red eye brush. But to use it the picture must first be dark enough (which is OK if you've shaded it when drawing) so if you have shaded it then:
1. Select red-eye brush (it looks like this:
)
2. Choose the replacement colour (it says replacement: at the top with a box of colour. Click the coloured box and choose a colour then click OK)
3. Colour over the area you want in that colour with the mouse
4. Repeat with other colours
If you have not shaded it then to darken an image:
1. Choose the drop down menu labelled Enhance
2. choose variations
3. click darker
4. keep clicking until it is dark enough
5. click ok
(recommendation: duplicate the layer of your picture first so that you are only changing your duplicate... then you can only keep the bits you need darker)
