New pic.

This one turned out a bit better.

I have a lot of free time now, so any reccomendations for future pieces would be lovely. Really, I just need something to do (don't make me beg...).

I really like this one.  I can't quite put my finger on why, but that smoke is especially eye-catching.

I wouldn't mind seeing your take on Amy and/or Kif in this "style."

Missed some great work here - great stuff Officer, Wu and Marcus, but way to go Unregistered and Gazellington   :D

Cheers for the comments, people, BTW  :)

Thanks! Well, on to the next one...

It's okay I guess. I have zero experience in drawing Kif or Amy (or, had, rather), but enough of my pitiful excuses...

Ah the mayhem: beautiful.  I have a test, as well as finals, so I wont be able to finish what I'm working on.  Here's a preview, though.

Daaaang: Either you have a tablet or a really steady hand.  Drawing that in paint is impossible for me.

And I frequently tell everyone who uses paint: invest in better software  ;)

Yeah, that killed a few hours.

I really do need better software, but I'm a little pressed for cash (more excuses, I know).

The software I use costs hundreds of dollars.  Through certain actions I got it for free.  And there are loads of good free software at your disposal.  the GIMP, this one vector thingy... well lots.

I haven't posted anything in a while, so here's something I did this morning.

I had fun with it. The quality of the scan is kind of poor, though...

Looks solid.  And colored! And pose.

Hey Gaz, are you doing an entry for TLZ's "competition"?  I'm sure whatever you have to offer would be awesome.  Here's (one of) mine:

The actual image is 1280x1024 and available on deviantart.

I actually edited my deviation, so lets see if this image is still here tomorrow.

There's a competition going on? Anyways, neat stuff, and thanks for the compliment.

I thought it (my pic) was a cool concept, but I executed it poorly (again, my opinion). Ugh, I'm feelin' low. I must reclaim my self esteem by drawing something epic! I will return...

Always, the biggest critic is the self.

Wait did that make any sense?

Its not a competition in terms of prizes and placement, but people can't help but compare.  And if epic yours shall be, then I can't help but be interested.

It would, so i'll be leaving it like that.  I want to do a funny group shot... and its too dark and serious :]

However, It wouldn't quite work out without... the stars!
After finishing touches for shading i can probably put this on deviantart.  Looking back, should I tone the stars down a bit?  Kinda bright...

(edit: It was kinda bright.  Toned down:

Unfortunately I think the shadows should be at a different angle but apart from that, brilliant  :)

Thanks everyone  :)

I really can't think of what angle the shadows should be.  I kind of imagined the moon would cast a shadow perpendicular to the wall, even though it appears behind them.

I can't even see her boots without squinting  :)  It's a really dark shade of red-black

This a sketch I did while listening to the "Welcome To Robot Hell" song. I'm not very good at computer coloring or traditional, but if I color a picture I do it with color pencil.
