Amazing, Bender looks like a doll too. Of course that he must look more evil, like Proycon said, but that's what make him look different. Fry's slight differences from the original are also great.

The way you slightly stunted Bender's visor gives him an interesting new look.  Nice work, DD8.

Hey guys, thanks for checking out that picture, your comments all mean much to me, and yeah Bender does have weird evilness about him.   :D

Unfortantly I'm suffering from a severe case of Drawers Block, everytime I put pencil to paper I get bubkis, so, no new pics for a while.

When ever this Block lets up you'll see something from me again.

Hopefully very very soon.   :)

Nice job on that latest Bender & Fry pic.
Need some inspiration to ease that  block?
Four tablespoons of Gouda cheese and one banana before bed ought to do the trick...

@ Cap'n Skusting.

Luckly I won't have to use that cheese and bannana.   :puke:

Well, I must of done somthing right, cause I have a new picture. Diff style!
I never was that good at doing amy, I always stuff up with the hair and face. Anyways I took Zmithys advice and did a "Hooker Amy" or "Sluty Amy" witch everone flots your boat.

Your style fluctuates wildly, but most of your images are to my liking. The first one is still my favourite.
The 3D Farnsworth head... are you using Maya for that? If so, I think you should fiddle a little with your normals to give the glasses a sharp edge...
But keep it coming. Allez!

@Pikka Bird

I'm to poor to affored Maya, so I use a freeware program called Blender 3D, real good program when you learn how to use it.
I might just remodel that Professor cause I made a few mistakes.

I did this last night. Tell me what you think.  :D

Let me be the first to say, "Awwwwwwwwww!"  I like that one.  Very sweet, although Fry's hands might be a tad low.  :)

Crash_7 - Hey, thanks man, I don't really care for his hand aswell.  :hmpf:

Jicannon & JavieR -
Thanks guys, I'll try to keep it up.
  :)

Like I said a few post of mine ago, I thought it might be good to remodel the Professor. So here's  what I've done so far.
He has no bottom lip and is missing the top half of his head as you can see.

Tell us what you think. I'm gonna need some C+C on this one.  ;)

I think I believe you made the head in NURBS and the glasses in polys. Is it possible to edit normals in this freeware program you use? If so, edit those of the glasses (the only part of the model that has normals, since it's polygonal) so that the light is smoothed out over the edges.

...and about affording Maya- I always say that affording is for jive suckers.

Very cute and adorable. Fry's expression is so peaceful and thoughtful, love it. Your clean style is great too.
The Farnsworth head--looking nifty.

Here's another little update on my head.   :)

I tried to make the huge wrinkles on his forehead, but they looked real crap. So I'm gonna give him small wrinkle crease lines instead.

I'm also gonna start on his body tonight.   :D

Remember, I'm still a noob when it comes to modeling.

I would just like to say, that is some Bloody amazing work! I myself cant draw however i have some good ideas for drawing, what i would like to see is Leela reaching for Fry and vice vesa but with a upset look. That'd be cool, well i think it would anyway

Gone? Arse biscuits! I didn't get to see it  :(.
At least email it to me... go on... I really want to see it now.

I'm impressed by your 3D Farnsworth so far, he's probably the most difficult character to model in 3D. Makes a nice change from all the 3D Benders out there  :).

Nice 3D DD8, like Zmithy said "Makes a nice change from all the 3D Benders out there". I think the glasses look like they were inside the professor's eyes. Maybe if you put a black line (between the glasees and the head) the problem will be solved  :p

- Dr.Jerkbird.
Funny you should say that about Fry and Leela, cause that was what I was going for, but Fry looked crap so I rubbed him out.
Maybe when I finish with my Professor.   ;)

- Nasty Pasty.
Cheers bud.   :)

- Zmithy.
I'll see if I can get that pic to you, soon.
I've seen quite a few Benders out there too, maybe this will shake things up a bit.

- JavieR.
Thanks for your input man. I'll take your advice and do some fiddleing with his Eye's.

Now thats all done, I've got another update on the Professor.
I went haywire and modeled the rest of him, body, clothes and slippers and I also added some wrinkles to his head aswell.   :D

Now maybe off to make a little scean.

Its suposed to be a hovering rail she's leaning on cause she's pooped out from all the partying.

Another little update.  :D   :D   :D

@Wooter - Thanks you.

@Z01DB3RG - Thanks, the professor is quite a bit old and I just got MAYA close to a week ago. So I might try and redo him, but not for some time, I gotta learn the basics with maya first.

@RS 2thou - Again, thanks mate.

Ok, so I finished coloring Amy last night. Did her in Photoshop as Illustrator is having a bit of a shit installing on my new machine, but thats alright I'm glad I did her in photoshop.

First one is just plain colors, made amy look plane as well in my mind. The second is my fav, I think the bright saturated colors really  help the expression she showing.

Dunno about the extra saturation though, I think it looks good on the clothes but not on the skin.
