OK OK Everyone seems to be asking people what they think of their Fan Fiction and surprise, surprise I'm not going to be the exception.

First off I just want to know if anyone read them

And secondly were they any good   :)

Hmmm I suppose I better tell you which fanfics they are eh   :)

1 "Crash Course In Love" (My First Fic)

And

2 "Precious Memories" (My, uh, second fic)

They can be found on TLZ, LIC and FSAC, (I'm still waiting on Slimmy posting them on CGEF)

Note: Beware I'm a postman and as such I know where you all live, if you post a bad review   ;)

Unfortunately I'm not a fan of much romance in Futurama, unlike many of you. I also have a short attention span. To date, I've only read 2 full FanFics. But I've started "A Crash Course in Love" and its very well written. I'm also working on one of my own.

I agree with Chump.  It's assembled very well, and I liked it until about three-quarters of the way through.  Then it seemed to become very contrived, turning to lacy (dare I say 'trashy'?) near the end.  I find drama in fanfics to be palatable.  I find romance in fanfics to be acceptable in moderation.  The unbridled (explicit) passion (sex) of your story nearly made my hair curl.  Not that there's anything wrong with that, I suppose, I guess I'm not accustomed to that kind of content in a Futurama fanfic.

I haven't started "Precious Memories" yet.  I think I'll wait until someone else reviews it.

I like Trashy, the sex is better, and if you think that one was explicit wait till you read my next one,

'Leela and the Large Breasted Lesbian Women of XXX-HOTORAL 5'

Where Fry has to rescue his true love Leela and battle sex mad buxum wenches with his enourmous weapon!

Uh huh.
Sex can be good, but if you want me to be brutaly honest: It isn't funny. It has a plot and storyline and good writing, but its not funny, and Futurama is technically a comedy. It was all sentimental, and some of the only funny things were references to other episodes.

I could be wrong so don't hold me to this but I don't think it was ever intended to be a script, mate.

Just a story written by someone with both a love for writing and for the show.

I absolutely love both of your fics, AstroZombie.  Very sentimental AND well-written.  I appreciate both those factors in fanfics.  :)

Seriously man, i'm worried about you. Please give the heavy metal a rest and try some Travis  :) for the love of god please!
but try and avoid 'The Man Who' it can be a bit depressing, 'Good Feeling' and 'The Invisible Band' are safe bets though  :)

I seem to remember telling Slimmy some time ago, that he could post Destiny's Child on CGEF as well.  Anyhoo, I've another couple of fics in the planning, so the scan-art king hasn't given up scan-fiction yet.
