That's amazing! Praise the bunny! Praise it I say! People have already mentioned it, but I love the hair and the way the dress falls over her body. It's perfect! So is Fry's expression. It's like admiration and love, yet waiting for an approval at the same time. Kinda like on the show, now that I type about it. Hmm, maybe he volenteered to be her slave... of love!     

We're going to miss you while you're at school!      But least you didn't leave us empty handed! Seriously, this is great!

I'm glad you like the folds (you better!  ) and Leela's hair, especially since that was a last minute change. I also know it's a bit weird having Leela in a Roman style, while Fry's holding a Greek vase...but hey, it's in an another universe! What do we know.

The quote "and serve you sexually?" by the Zapper comes to mind, when you naughty people with your dirty minds come and...no, kidding! As I said, it's another universe, who knows what other duties Fry the slave has *cough* Shuddup, I'm not implying anything!

Woah, that is great! And I'm not just talking about the cleavage, although I must admit, that's nicely done too - you seem to have put a strangely large amount of detail into that area...

I did get around to do one Futurama related thing a few days ago. Anyone remember this one I did? It's been paining me for weeks how terribly I did her hair, so I redid it. No huge change, but much better. Also changed the dull background and font (Arial? What was I on?) Will let it ride along on my who-knows-when next update.

Although...I believe you can except a fairly big one in two or three weeks. I don't want to say anything more because it's not really confirmed, but it's a little project my 2 Futurama crazed friends and I are planning. I'll let you know soon enough 
Zed: I'm not completely neglecting Futurama though...I mean, when I'm not paying attention,  which is all the time, I cover my schoolbooks in F-scribbles! (The F stands for Futurama. Guh.)

Amazing as always, AsaB. The shippiness is cute, but the second two are awesome. I love how free and happy Leela looks in the second one, and the costume in the third rocks.  Anything medieval is up my alley. Plus her hair is adorable.

But the important thing is that your art is great.  Some of it calls back to its Groening origins, yet at the same time some has a flare that is all your own.  You’re fast becoming my favorite artist here... especially since you actually update once in a while.

I never really know how to reply to all this...but a big fat "thank you all!" is in order, ain't it? Really, thanks everyone so much. It's always uplifting to read. Especially when I have to study for 2 exams. It's terrible! I got attacked by a vicious sketch bunny at school that won't let me be...concentrate...

I'm sort of surprised that some here liked the quick doodles more than the shippy  I should maybe draw/post more like these, even though I don't have many at the moment. But I did spend much more time on the shippy! (Which is in the progress of being coloured, by the way.)

I'm trying my best with updating this guy, thanks for noticing that Bergey. Also, I'm going to France in two weeks, for two weeks. When I get back I should finally have the peace and tranquillity to draw. Sort of.

Red! The color of fire, fiestyness, confidence, anger, rage, and determination.

Now to review the actual pics:

SHIPPY!!! I forgot to mention red is also the color of love! I love this pic, unnatural Fry hand and all. I especially love the little added pocket to Fry's pants and Fry's jacket draped over Leela's shoulder. The only thing I don't like is Fry's nose, but only because the little red smudge makes him look kinda sick  . Leela is spot on. I also like the little curl added next to the hair by the ear. Very cute. It's SHIPPY! How can it not be good?

Singular eye-Pod: Leela looks so care-free and happy. That's so rare on the show, it's nice to see it here. This one should be orange. Because orange is the color of happiness. Why? I don't know.

Get 24th century on his ass: Like everyone has mentioned, I love the hair. The red totally fits! (See red description on top of the post) I also love the armband (the medieval take on her wristojackit or something) and Zapp's huge decapitated head in the background. She must have been really angry.

Hi Procyon! Thanks for the detailed review, and noticing all those little things    You liked the pocket? I just put there to show that Fry wasn't wearing his regular pants, glad you like. And I know his nose is smudgy there, but it won't show in the final product.
Say, if I'll ever colour the dancing Leela pic, I'll try to add orange    You're right, it's such a happy and joyous colour.
Your comment about Zapp's head killed me! Heh, perhaps I should add that! Also glad you liked the red colour, I'm not even sure if the pic would work in blue or black.

I was going to send the coloured version below to the site though, and the sketch of it too--are you still around, or should I send you an email in case? Maybe I'll submit the other 2 sketches along with some more sketches later, but I think I'll let them wait for now

I love all the different textures you used, it looks so realistic. And the subtle colours are great, they suit the mood of the piece really well.

Wasn't Leela wearing those earrings in 'The devils hands are idle playthings? Just wondering if there's a little reference there  .
