When you're finished touching-up your pic, share it with the world. And then do a sexy pic of Amy, for all of us, um, I mean Kryten, yeah, for Kryten!

Wow, cheers for comments, thank you! I'll have to get to work on this when I can Nasty Pasty: Cylons _are_ teh kewl. Clyons getting their heads blown off (by what looks, unfortunately, like a hairdrier... I can't draw guns, OK? I admit it!) are some sort of l33t kewl. "Venus, believe me when I say that you may not like the explanation for Leela's nakedness. (But I found it fun to read back then.)", "Even if the explanation for her nakedness IS pretty bad, it'll be countered by the fact that she's naked", "If anyone wants to know the story behind the pic, all I'll say is, due to its content, it will _not_ be posted here. At least not by me." All rather a tease, isn't it? A brief precis of the story: Zapp accidently ingests the worms that did for Fry in Parasites Lost, and with the aid the of the bounty hunter ('Boba Fettish', no less... sorry, Star Wars...) proceeds to kidnap Leela (and Amy, but that wasn't his plan... oo-ooo, check the foreshadowing of the baddie's plans not working 100%... ) with the aim of making her love him (awww...!). He does have his wicked way with her (boo!), but that's all he does get from her. The pic is from the escape scene; it's set just after Leela's beaten up Zapp, just before she helps free Amy, and a short 'Epilogue' before she beats up the now worm- (and memory-of-all-that's-happened-) free Zapp. Um, again Venus: cheers for hair comment - I still prefer the ponytail, but drawing her with her hair down does hide a lot of crappily drawn neck/shoulder-lines, so I like to use it when I can. Also, see above for rough plot explanation of Leela's nudity at this stage. Beamer & Zoidberg227: Heh! No bad idea! But if it was drawn from the front, Leela's arms'd hide a lot, and the weird alien foliage thing she's just leapt up from behind would hide the rest! Plus, you ever tried to draw Leela's face from the _front_? Takes ages, and it can _still_ look shabby (well, when _I_ try it, anyway). Besides, you wouldn't see the dramatic pose so well. And no, I'm really _not_ using 'dramatic pose' as a euphemism for 'butt'

The story is on 'The Turanga Pages'; they don't allow linking. The membership is free, but since it's an adult site, people have to answer certain questions to get a legit password. The story is named 'The Turning Of The Worms', and if anyone goes there, do read the warning that El-Man places at the beginning.

If you do find and read TOTW, read the warning. Carefully. You can't miss it, it's a whole page. Be warned that: a) It is not written in the light humourous style of normal Futurama episodes, it's more serious and deals with unsavoury subjects b) The content is such that some people might find it (and HAVE found it) offensive. <shrug> Can't make it any clearer than that. Still want to read it? Be my guest. I welcome serious critiques and opinions, and am more than happy to discuss anything about it. Which would probably be better served on the TTP forums, rather than here... inappropriate subject matter for a PG-13 board, y'know.

Well, there's a certain something to be said about certain parts being partly hidden from view by other parts/props/scenery/etc. I'm sure you could work something nice out. And judging by your apparent talent, I'm sure if you put your mind to it, you won't have any trouble at all drawing her face. And if you're worried about the board's moral status, my email address IS in my profile. I'm sure Beamer's is, too.

I have already told you but no harm in saying agian. Nice pic Marcus, very nice indeed. On another note here is a WIP of something I started today. Strangely it was inspired while sitting in a tutorial and my Tutor had an interesting screen saver which was generating tree and it started to create lots of Cherry blossom trees. So I followed that train of thought onto "hmm it might make a nice pic to have Leela at a cherry blossom party" Here are the lines so far. Still need some tweaking before I start colouring but I thought I would share. Looks like she might have had too much sake.

Some great works here! I linked this in #fc and offtopic already but I'd love some more feedback it's a joint project at uni. All parts were handdrawn, most vectorised with Streamline and imported into Flash. It's not complete yet but the idea being a young boy who gets bored at a supermarket and uses his imagination to make the world a little more interesting. I might have him getting lost and overwhelmed and the bug creature helping him find his mother. Enjoy!
