I don't know how to do this, so I thought if someone could help me out, that'd be cool.  I want to capture a still frame from the episode Bend Her from season 4, the one with Joe from The Nation Of Joe.  It would just make an awesome avatar (for anyone named Joe, not just me).  Fishy Joe and Joe Camel are both awesome, but this would be more obscure and therefore slightly more awesome.

If anyone could do this for me, or tell me how from the DVDs, I'd really appreciate it.  Thanks!

I found this on CGEF.  It's not the best, but it has Joe:

Hey, that's cool, thanks!  But I'm thinking if I knew what I was doing I could get something clearer from the DVD.  We'll see if I can figure this business out.

I've got a DVD capture program so I can give you a screen cap.  Any specific size/format you want?

Well, it doesn't need to be big.  JPG I guess, no bigger than 150x150 I would say?  Thanks!

Awesome!  Thanks!  Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place, I'm new here and don't quite know what's going on.  Don't necessarily attribute it to laziness.
