Fry's head is a bit thin, Leela's eye is kind of small, but other than that, it's very nice!

If I recall, topless Leela pictures are usually taken down (or at least forced to be linked); could be wrong though.  Nudity aside, your drawing style is great.  I'm a fan of simplistic pencil shading.

Pretty nice, though my one critique would be with her boobs. 
- If they are meant to look real, you should remove the innermost lines that make them look as if they are "holding their shape".  When real boobs are in that position, they don't have that firm look while going to the side.
-If they are meant to look fake, they need to be a bit closer together.

What you need to see is more naked girls   

Overall, nice shading.  You have a really classic style.
