The more I look at that wonderful pic of Farnsworth, the more scared I am of him!
He's just downright off his rockker!
Great lighting job. I think what people can't figure out about it is the fact that there aren't any  "outlines" so to speak. It's all done with the lighting.
Brilliant! It's difficult for me to not keep looking at it.
What did you use? Eye magnets?

It was pretty small, only 38Mb - 3100X2100 pixels.

In what way? He's white around the edges because of the lightening, well that's what I was going for anyway. I used Photoshop CS for all of it.

I was just comparing it to the finished one is all, which makes it look like crap... as most WIP's do

For just spending a half an hour in a computer based drawing program, that's damn good.  I wouldn't be able to something a tenth that quality on paper in that amount of time.  Maybe add water droplets to her skin, or something? (easier said than done, I'm sure)  Freakin' awesome though.

Holy shit. I'm away for 5 days, and I come back to see this.
I really like the Professor, the strokes on his coat make the whole picture seem very dynamic and alive, at least that's my impression. And the light effects are great as well.

Basically, I only have on adjective to describe your work: pr0nn0.
That means: It's extremely good.
And yes, you have to use zeros.

Actually 33MB's bigger than most of the fan-art I do. Just as well, any bigger than about 20 on my old machine upstairs, and you may as well make a cup of tea during the loadingzsaving time, and heaven forbid you want to add anything from the effects menu 
Perhaps I should get round to updating it.
Or I could do it all on the one downstairs just to piss of my dad.

Anyway, great new pictures, TheVoices. Both of them... although the fading in the top-right corner of the Leela picture makes it look as if her ponytail's really short. Still, damn good pictures - I love the colours, and the fact that you didn't use black outlines on the second one only highlights them more. Nice work!

I love the way you're using colors as outlines, and staying away from black. It looks really clool, it's just a real shame you're no longer a part of TLZ (in my opinion...)
