Futurama is still the best, but this is the funniest show ever made.  I would quote some episodes, but every line they say is funny, I can't even sum it up.

It was pretty funny, although I thought it would have been better without the music videos.

'Beavis and Butt-head Do America' rules, awesome movie. The episodes are cloolsome too, I wish more of them would get onto DVD...

Great!  ..Do America was fantastically hilarious, the episodes were damn good too.  I like the comments on the music videos (especially the one which sucked), but looking back on the shows, the videos date them terribly.

I agree with Juliet.  I, myself used to like Beavis and Butthead.  But I got sick of them a year before they went off the air.  After the movie, which I used to like too, that was it for me.  Also, I was at the peak of my interest of Beavis and Butthead in 1995 when they weren't popular anymore.

I am shocked that MTV2 is showing B&B reruns on Fridays!

They actually show it almost every night on MTV2.

I watched Beavis and Butthead a lot in the 90s, mainly due to my sister loving it. I wasn't too keen on it, but still liked it  :D

I was just thinking about beavis and Butthead the other day after seeing the Love rollercoaster Music Video by the Red Hot Chilli Peppers.  :D I had completly forgotten how great I thought it was back in the day, I will have to keep an eye out for repeats of iton TV....

I liked the music video segments, when the writing was good it was like a (really) low-rent MST3K.  I still enjoy the movie, too.  I haven't seen the show in a good long while, though.

The movie was a million times funnier than the show itself. The show was often lacking.

The movie was on BBC1 Saturday night.

But Beavis and Butthead give me the creeps and there  is something about the animation that I dislike.
Buttheads voice is funny though, I love the way he says "cool".

I watched a couple of my Beavis & Butt-head tapes the other day. I love the ep called "Tainted Meat" where Beavis has an itchy wiener, and can't stop itching it all day long. He makes the burgers, and then suddenly everyone who eats them falls ill, and scientists say it's a new unknown strain of bacteria  :laff:

Also, that ep where Beavis gets called into work, and Butt-head goes and holds up the queue, and then when he gets chucked out he distracts Beavis by kicking the drive thru speaker... And the ep where they trash their apartment trying to kill that fly…

Actually, I'd really like to get some eps on DVD. I've looked around and unfortunately they're rare, and in Region 1 only. Also, they're compilations rather than Seasons. Pity… but I will get some one day, then chuck my crappy prehistoric video tapes...

The movie is in my top-ten, the show wasn't as good, but was still a good laugh.

"Hey Butthead. It won't come out."  :laff:

Are there Beavis and butthead episode DVDs? I've never seen them. I never looked either though.

I wanna buy the Beavis and Butt-Head Do America DVD, but on Amazon.co.uk they hae two versions. One is labelled [WS], but that's the only difference between the two. What is this [WS]?

I like Mike Judge movies, but a lot of his animated creations are a bit overrated. I actually like the beavis & butthead books better than the show itself. Theres this one were they show what they would look like if they grew up to be cops. hilareous.

I'm 99% sure it's widescreen.  1% says I don't know everything about DVDs.

So why release a chopped-up version? Why not use all those balnk DVDs for, say, a region 2 release? I grow weary of MTV's DVD releases. Give us Daria, for the love of fuck!

I loved the show, but some segments were too short and pointless to really get into. Then the music videos disrupted the flow even more.

I liked the episode where Butt-Head gets a nose bleed, so he puts a tampon in his nose.  I also like the one where Butt-Head chokes on something, so he sends Beavis to check the heimlick menuever poster at some resturaunt.  But my all time favorite is when they can't laugh for the whole day at school.

Does anyone know the name of the episode, where they try to buy gas (probally to impress girls), but since they have no car, they have to put it in a bag.

I have the best of Beavis and Butt-Head volume one, but I still wish that they would release them seasonally.  Although i'm still glad they're on DVD at least.

The nosebleed one is funny, it's actually Beavis who has the nosebleed and Butthead ties a string to it I think and the other end to a door then slams it shut, thinking that will help....classic  :laff:

Also pretty much all the eps have been released on video over here, not sure about dvd though....

i haven't had the benefit of seeing a great loud of episodes, but all the ones i have seen are superb. i especially like "woodshop" (i think thats right) the one where beavis cut his finger off. however i am now on my second copy of the movie as i managed to wear it out. the hippy teacher singing lesbian seagull before being subject to police brutality was the most laugh-outloud moment of my life.

Today I got the Beavis & Butt-Head DVD collection  :D...

Now I have plenty more eps to watch! I payed way over the odds for it though. Timelife is the only place where you can buy them, but they don't ship to the UK. So I had to find someone on US ebay who was selling them, AND shipped worldwide. It was hard and expensive, but it was worth it!...

My favourite scene is... whenever Cornholio is let out... Especially in B&DDA. "In this... lobby... will there be TP?"

I like when they re-attach his finger, and he picks his nose, and then the finger breaks off again.  Fantastic.

That was awesome!  I laughed so long when I saw that.  I think I hurt my self too.

My second favorite scene that he was in, was the episode where they went on a field trip, and he was at the front of the bus singing, and the bus driver had to stop the bus suddenly, and the teacher flew out the front window.  That was hilarious.

Yeah, your right.

I have to get that second volume of Beavis and Butt-Head.

I have the first volume, "Chicks and Stuff", "Feel Our Pain", and "Butt-O-Ween".

Is the episode "No Laughing" on the second volume?

Well, after watching a few more eps, I've decided its not entirely shit, just kinda crappy. Except a few which were genuinely funny...in parts. But it didn't deserve as harsh a comment as my first one. But I'm still not a huge fan or anything, its ok in small doses.
