I hope this doesn't offend anybody, that is not the reason for this poll.  This is to honor those who are looked upon as special and we've grown to respect them.

Well they are fall under the category of handicap people.  Retarded, crippled, it doesn't matter, they all get discounts and require their own parking places.  Handicap falls under two things: physical or mental.

Okay there is probably misunderstanding with topic title, but be that as it may the individuals on the poll are handicapped.  I just wanted to introduce this poll in a way that wasn't so straight forward.

When I said "I hope I don't offend", I was talking about what the poll was discussing.  This is a poll about characters who are handicapable and that is a touchy subject to certain people.

Ok I don’t know what to think about this thread but I don’t like the word Retarded because it not very nice. Really you guys shouldn’t pick or make fun of them because of their disability. Yes they can be a bit entertaining but don’t take it serious.
