Michael says they're going to Lego Land because that's where he was planning to go after retrieving the staircar from Mexico. It was on the way back from there, and Michael DOES say to Gob at the start he's planning on taking George Michael to Lego Land so he can spend time with him. However, George Michael doesn't want to go after they abandon Ann there ("I just want to find Ann and go home." ) And yeah, The O.P. is great. I actually found the site by randomly typing in "douchechill.com" on a friend's computer.

Maybe they couldn't get the rights to jelly beans, or just decided to go and create their own food names for the show? Either way, it does definitely seem to be a running thing - Gob called them candy beans twice in Switch Hitter, and the Narrator called them that in For British Eyes Only, too. New episodes start in 2 weeks.

It might be, I've heard both - but I'm pretty sure it's on November 7... better than October 31, anyway (I'd assume Halloween is a low-ratings night in America), and we ARE getting TWO new episodes when it returns.

Me too, though I have to say that with quite a few Season 2 episodes (namely The One Where They Build a House, Amigos, Switch Hitter and Queen for a Day), I absolutely hated them the first time I saw them. Then, with repeat viewings, the plot flowed easier, everything made sense, and I picked up on a LOT of subtle jokes I missed (The One Where They Build a House is brilliant for this - all the comparrisons with Gob and George Bush were just great, and rarely called attention to themselves). The new episodes definitely lend themselves better to repeat viewings, and they're so crammed full of hidden jokes and references to past episodes, you could never catch it all in one viewing.

Episode s. We're getting two on Monday. Also Airbagfailure, glad to hear another person discovered this show... Unfortunately, I should probably tell you that AD doesn't have marathons on Sunday anymore. That was just a one-off, since they were showing all of Season 1 in one day. However, they do have it on rotation daily at 8:00pm (and with 22 episodes, it doesn't take long to get through), and of course, you can always get the DVD. I think most places have it for around about $30-40.

The Comedy Channel, last Sunday, 7:00am-4:30pm. And Newhook_1, good to hear. Now go watch the Tobias Outtake easter egg.

As I've said 3 or 4 times now, there are two new Season 3 episodes this Monday.
And no, The Comedy Channel won't show Season 2. Like with all shows on Foxtel that are on free-to-air, the free-to-air channel has rights to show them first, meaning The Comedy Channel can't show it until Channel 7 has shown a certain amount of it, or a different certain amount has passed since it aired in the US. Still, Channel 7 should be moving onto Season 2 next week, and I've heard the Season 2 DVD will be out here in January.

Season one of AD aired IN FULL on The Comedy Channel before it did on Channel 7. The rules are vague - keep in mind Channel 7 did take Futurama off for 3 years before bringing it back for a third season. Like I said, some Foxtel channels can still air shows before free-to-air does, providing a certain amount of time has passed after airing on U.S. tv (eg. Foxtel won't get the rights to Family Guy Season 4 until 2007). It's complicated, to say the least...

If I had a choice between broadband and Foxtel, of course I'd pick broadband, but it wasn't my decision. Still, at least I have something to watch between 2:30pm and 6:00pm...

Yeah, I download all those... and The Simpsons. Though that and Family Guy aren't at the top of my priority list, it's mainly new Arrested Development and South Park I'm worried about. I have no download limit, and no, I don't leave it on all night, I just always have a download running when I'm on here. I'm usually on for 5-6 hours a day, and it only takes me 2 or 3 days to download one episode. Right now, I'm getting American Dad 203 (though if it's not done by the time Arrested Development 304 and 305 are up, I'll pause it and finish it later)... I also had a friend with Broadband who I payed to download various things for me for a while this year, though I'm out of contact with him now, so it's all up to me. Anyway, back on topic... Anyone remember the "You've GOT to stop starting conversations like that" line from Hand to God, when Lucille phones up Michael and screams before saying anything else. She actually DID start a previous conversation like that earlier that season in Afternoon Delight. I AD.
