Anyone notice how everything good on TV seems to be cancelled these days? I can think of at least half a dozen programmes that have been cancelled even though they had high profile people involved and loads of fans, Angel for example...

Yes. It all depends on what you classify as 'good' though, insipid reality trash, dodgy two bit soap opera's, sports etc. all seem to have a bizarre mainstream appeal which I will never understand.

As for Angel, God I hope that the manage to provide a satisfying closure for the main story arc. If it's a cliffhanger I may just have to kill some people.

In Futurama's case, how much crap has been sold. It all add's up to money in the mentality of FOX.
