Thanks Venus, man I hope I find some good ones.  I've said it before and I'll say it again, Katey Sagal is a hottie.

Katey Sagal also played a computerized character PAT in the Disney Movie Smart House.  I saw it only because Katey Sagal was in it and it was pretty good.

she's also in a couple of Lifetime Channel Movies. Trail of Tears is pretty good. She plays a mom whose kids get kidnapped by her ex husband. There's this one scene where one of her little boys gets away and manages to call her from a payphone but he doesn't know were he is so she can't come get him. Katey nailed it. I was crying right along with her.

Another movie was No Higher Love were she plays a mom who has cancer and she's trying to get her family ready to be without her. That was real sad too.

She was also in the 1989 movie, The Good Mother.  It was directed by Lenard Nimoy.

Katey Sagal also played the voice of Flo Spinelli, Spinelli's mom on the popular cartoon Recess.  She only did four episodes, but she was very convincing in that role.

Katey Sagal is married and with children right?  How many kids does she have?

Leela was just voiceover work (allbeit great!), and being that I'm in my early 20's I'm going to have to say Peg Bundy. Married with Children is staple in TV history, you youngster's should go get the first two seasons on dvd.. They're F*ng hilarious.. The pilot has some of the best Al/Peg dialog..

So go get your pitchforks, I got y'er marshmellows right here.

I grew up with the Bundy's! I had always loved the show. Then Futurama arrived, and I heard the voice... the voice from my childhood - where was she from? I couldn't work it out... Then it hit me... it was Peg Bundy. Go Peg for childhood memories!

I have to agree with both maddo3d and Ninaka.  Katey Sagal is going to be known for two things, one being Peg Bundy and that she played the voice for Leela.  However, Peg Bundy made her a star to begin with.

Actually, If you ask me, unless you're a fan of Futurama, I dont' think anybody knows she is a character's voice.
Most of the younger stupid crowd probably just seen her on 8 simple rules and didn't even know she's a TV veteran.

I vote for Peg Bundy. Have seen all German episodes, and few originals. She's been a great actress in "married with children".

"because thats the only show I knew she was in."

... WHAT?!?! .. She was Peg Bundy for 11(*12) Years!! from 1987 to 1999. MWC was fox's Golden Sitcom.. And then it was re-runed on TBS and TNN.

If you've never heard of MWC, or even have never seen them. Then go to BestBuy.com and buy the first two seasons, and the 2 most Outragous Episode disc's too.. .. shnell!

I saw the MWC episode Honey, I Blew Up Myself, where Peg has a sexy picture taken and her picture is blown up and hung right by Al's work place.  It was good.  The picture I mean.

Leela. I never saw M..WC much (I believe my mother forbade me from watching) and haven't seen any of Ms. Sagal's other works except for the Disney Channel original movie "Smart House" (see ) and I prob'ly never will since I don't want to hear Leela's voice coming out of an un-Leela character.

Y'know, here's a neat little factoid:
I was watching that Disney toon "Recess" the other day, and Katey Segal does a voice on it!

I don' wanna say which one so it doesn't look like I watch the show on a regular basis....
