I think I am seriously the only teenager who has not even watched that. I know some have seen and hated it, I've done better and avoided Disney all together.

Dont worry, neither have I. In fact, I think I would rather eat one of my own eyeballs than see a film that oozes pretention and singing and whatnot. My friend loves it (and has the soundtrack).   :puke:

I haven't seen it and I praise my lord everyday because he didn't give me the chance to watch it.

Anyone seen Smokin Aces yet?

I don't know yet but I'm kinda looking forward to Zodiac because it had this funky 70's music in it's trailer.

Hmm, was that based on a true story mr B? Im sure I read one in a 'strange but true' book when I was a kid.

It said it's based on a true story. It looks different so I think I'll see it.

It's likely to be rated R...

It has Jake Gyllenhaal in it and I  enjoyed Donnie Darko so it looks good...

R=??? Is that like 15-upwards?
I dont really fancy any of the films that are coming out at the moment. Except maybe the Harry Potter one.

Ahh, I see..

Well, it HAS to be better than the first. The acting was bloody terrible! *cringes*

Never say that something has to be better than the one before it, just because the latter was so shitty.

Think about the Joel Schumacher Batman films. Batman Forever was pretty bad, but Batman and Robin was the worst thing created in all of human history.

Now let's please get this thread to page twenty so we start a new one called "Films you're looking forward to."

Zodiac sounds like a movie about the Zodiac killer.  He murdered several people awhile ago, and played headgames with the police.  He was never caught.

No, that would be NC17.

Youths 17 and under can see it, but they need to be accompanied by an adult guardian.

Besides, the R rating can mean a lot of things...a movie could be R just because they drop the F-Bomb twice

That's the one I'm on 'bout winna  ;)

Gawd, US ratings system sounds way complicated (although I guess its the same principle for 12A). I guess it sucks, not being able to see 18's over here, until you are, well, 18.

:D Hells yeah. But imdb says it's only 84 minutes.       :hmpf: I loves me some Deputy Wiegel.

Agreed, LayZ1492. I love Chris Rock, but he doesn't make very good movies.

Faze, other movies shouldn't be allowed to use music from "Requiem for a Dream" in their trailers. It's unfair. I saw the "Sunshine" trailer in the theater and the music made me think "Greatest movie ever!!     :D" Even though it is undoubtedly a horrible, horrible movie.  Jerks!

Wiegel is my favorite, hands down, though I've got to give mad props to my man Dangle. He's fast like a cheetah. A law enforcement cheetah.

As for Requiem, I cry every time.

You made this thread 3 years ago. You'd think that we'd be looking forward to enough films that we'd get to 20 pages by 3 years.

I'm looking forward to The Number 23.
