King of the Hill doesn't seem to be Adult Swim material.  Haven't watched Adult Swim since Futurama stopped airing.   As for American Dad, I only watch that on FOX.

King of the Hill doesn't seem to be Adult Swim material.  Haven't watched Adult Swim since Futurama stopped airing.   As for American Dad, I only watch that on FOX. 

I think that is why they put it as one of the first shows, because it is still okay for younger audiences. That's also why Futurama was one of the first ones on.

I forget when Family Guy is actually on, i think it's 9 pm ? or are you thinking about older seasons?

I would have put Futurama right after the Simpsons instead of Malcolm in the crapper.

it was on after the Simpsons for awhile.  The half hour after the Simpsons has been Fox's golden timeslot for showcasing new shows.  Not sure if it still is to be honest.

Fox8 has been doing super simpsons weekends (9am-12pm) as far back as I can remember.
Ten changed The Simpsons timeslot and put Bold and the beautiful in the 6pm timeslot, they got complaints, Simpsons at 6 again.
They tried moving the simpsons last year but that didn't last long either.

I know it aired it's last episode in 2007 but where's the love for Harvey Birdman, Attorney at law?!

And of course Futurama but it's gotten a lot of love and I wouldn't be here if I didn't like Futurama more than Harvey Birdman...
