I just witness the third one, loved it, better than the second but still not as timeless as the first. I again want to actually know the opinion of the peanut gallery.

The first one. It was just somehow funnier than the others.

I saw the first one, and didn't laugh once. It was one of the worst pieces of shit I've ever seen, and wasn't funny. Needless to say, I haven't seen 2 or 3 - and I don't intend on seeing them either.

Whuhh? How did you save the day?

Anyway I voted Scary Movie 3 cause it's the only Scary Movie I've been allowed to see so far..

And what really bugs me is how my 11-year-old brothers can watch R-rated movies like the Matrix trilogy, and I'm not allowed to watch the Scary Movies... rrgh...

I saw 1 and 2. 2 was weak. The horror is they made a third and got the greenlight for a fourth before the third hit theaters. Stop now, before someone gets hurt.

I saw the first one, for free I think. Yeah, I was overcharged. (Anything with a Wayans in it should not be paid for) So I guess I haven't seen the other two...

I thought the first one was pretty bad, but two was good and three had me gasping for air. (They're powerless without their heads!)

I've seen the first and the second one. I found the 1st one kinda funny for the first couple of times I watched it. Now I dont find it that funny at all really. And the 2nd one sucked! I've never seen the 3rd one, but I'm not intending to either. But out of the 2, I'd say the 1st one was slightly better  :)

The scary movie films are beyond shit! Believe me I love silly humour (like Airplane and Monty Python) but SM is just so bloody bad and poorly made/written!
The only, and I do mean ONLY moment that made me laugh was when scream was crouched down behind the sofa "Do you know where I am?"
As for the other two I haven't seen them (and I don't want to) But its pretty clear that if you've seen the trailers you've seen the only bits worth watching.

The first one was kind of funny in places when it wasn't doing toilet humour. I can't really hate a movie which has the line:

"Watching TV shows doesn't make psycho killers, cancelling TV shows does!" (or something to that effect).

I just saw the second, and it was most probably the worst film I've ever seen. I haven't seen 3 and never, ever will.

I've seen only the first Scary Movie, and it was scary in the fact that it was terrifyingly horrible.  It has the sort of cheap humor that only 12 years olds laugh at.

i would not vote because there wasn't a "none of the above" option. the first was awful. the second was unwatchable. i refuse to attempt a third.

Movies with stupid humour are usually funny because - as stupid as they are - they contain a little thing called "comedic genius." Unfortunately, Scary Movie wasn't genius. It wasn't even comedic. It was plain stupid, pointless and was just a complete try-hard excuse for a film. It's shitty attempts like this that are ruining modern humour, and it's beyond me why this movie became so successful. It just goes to show how moronic some people are...

Scary Movie 3 was written and directed by the same guy who worked on Airplane, and the Naked Gun Series. It's much better than the first 2.

I disagree. The first one was the best because it was crazier than the first two. David Zucker, who directed #3, did an ok job. Though alot of people think I'm crazy, I think his best work is BASEketball.

I liked the first one, but I kinda thought they resorted to gross out humor a bit too much, yes I know there was some in the third but not nearly as much.

Funny how they never show the gross out humor in the trailers. I only watched the first one and bits of the second one, so I would say the first one is better. Too much gross-out humor turned me off eventually. Shouldn't part 2 be called 'Porno Flick' because that's what I thought it was spoofing.

I have seen 1 and 2. I did like the first movie at first but now I got really fed up with the movie and I hate it. The second one was the worst. I am not going to see the third one.

I've only seen number three and it was quite funny, not great. The funniest bit I remember is when two of them are trapped in a freezer thingy, like in the film "Hollow Man" I think when the girl uses a load of stuff to make an electromagnet to open the door or something. To take the piss, in SM3 you see the girl with welding torches and other random construction stuff that would not have been available in there and build a bulldozer to knock the door down. Well, I thought it was funny, especially since a lot of the construction stuff was unrelated to a bulldozer.

You mean it shows how moronic many people are!  The movies make a lot of money, which goes to show that a disproportionately large number of people have really poor tastes.

It was only marginally better.
